ordered Denny's today by Uber eats. took over an hour and 15 minutes. food was ice cold. was barely any hash browns in my grandslam. I will never order or go to Denny's ever again. literally ANY diner is a million times better. Stay Away. if I could give negative stars I would.

Visited with my family. Mia was our server, you could tell she was over worked and trying her best. It took over an hour to get our food, which came out barely warm. Every table in our section was left dirty, not cleared or cleaned up. 2/4 of our group has been sick today post eating at Denny’s. Hopefully this isn’t a consistent issue with this location and today was just an off day. Also please bring back Gluten Free bread. The menu is so limited otherwise.
Dietary restrictions: Menu is well labelled for allergens. Not tons of options for Gluten Free or Dairy Free

Food was cold Tea was cold and it was cold outside! And when we asked the server to warm up our tea and soup she got quite the attitude! We didn’t think it was asking too much , but apparently , she did. It left a bad taste in my mouth… no pun intended..😛
Drove here from Michigan, had to wait for a table to be cleaned before I could be seated although almost every table was vacant but littered with trash and dishes as well as the floor. Noticed the waitress had to clean a table for every customer as they came in. Ordered the berry slam, she asked me if I wanted bacon or sausage, I told her it comes with both and she said “well yeah but I prefer to ask which one you want” I said both, she apparently chose bacon for me because that’s what I got. Pancakes were soggy even though I didn’t get the cream cheese inside, I got a drizzle of fermented strawberry syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar. They decided to give me cheese eggs instead and to compensate for the order being entirely wrong they knocked a whopping $4 off my $45 bill. The people at the table next to me were vaping and she knew this then proceeded to let them take the metal silverware home. When the boss showed up from wherever he was she started pretending to work. They put pick up orders and DoorDash before dine ins because those were a revolving door while the only three tables with customers sat for almost 2 hours. 12-26-24 1:30am to 3-30am

1st time ever trying went for the winter festival of lights with my husband and good friend service was good and had been asked how is everything no complaints
I went to Dennis and I’m still hungry. Hash browns burnt and food overall oily greasy just blah. I feel sorry for their waiters to have to serve this kind of food. Of course you tip, but you would tip more than 18% if you like the food. Kids loved pancakes.

Aside from the kids pancakes everything else was really disappointing. The reality did not even come close the expectations set by the picture in their menu. We ordered the new Cali taco skillet and braised beef skillet and both didn't look or tasted good. We used to consider Denny's as a safe option, but never again Denny's Niagara USA.

The first red flag were particles floating in my drink. The server wasn't happy to fix it at all. The service was horrible. Waited 40 minutes while being ignored, just to be told, "They bumped your ticket," and " we are remaking your food." Then she brought us food that belonged to another table (they were not that busy). Finally, get part of the food we ordered, and it's cold!

They served me some burnt hash browns and very little quantity, the service was very bad, they took our order shouting from one table to another, the atmosphere was very bad (racist) they looked at us as if we were going to steal something and we did not feel welcome. I'm sorry but this place shows that Latinos don't come, but we come to consume and pay, we are hard-working and useful people to the country. I would not come here again unless it was a great need to eat.
