I placed a 60$ order on the app for pick up when I arrived I asked to split the order up and give 13$ in loonies and toonies and pay the rest on credit (I was planning on leaving a good tip) regardless of it being an inconvenience it was at 9 pm and he directly counted the change into the till telling me there was only 9$ to which I corrected him, it didn’t seem like he spoke the most fluent English so I’m assuming he miscounted. Human mistake. Till an older gentleman comes over and starts raising his voice and copping attitude about how I’m wrong and I didn’t give him 13$. It’s not a huge difference as I was going to tip anyways but he proceeded to continue about how he wasn’t going to haggle with me and I’m wrong. So he over charged me 4 dollars and proceeded to tell me never to bring change again if it wasn’t in a roll and that my service was not needed or wanted. I’ve been a loyal customer with them for a long time and I also manage a restaurant and the customer service over 4 dollars is absolutely insane. The food wasn’t bad but I will not be returning there ever again.

Asked for a NY style pizza, she said they had one ready, but I wanted a fresh one. Came back 10 minutes later and took pizza home to find out it was the first one they had sitting there. Its was cold and no way was it freshly made. Avoid this place! LIARS! Will never go back again!!

Ordered from the app. Used a coupon it was supposed to be only fir Large pizzas, which I needed. When arrived to pick up, the person was probably tired or having a really bad day and was extremely short in the explanation on why they were delivering a medium and a large pizza. I guess for a matter of keeping clients loyalty, doesn't cost a little bit to be polite and try to offer a solution to the problem the app caused. She just was like take it or leave it, your problem not mine. Usually Domino's has a great service. Not visiting this store ever again. Had to buy an extra pizza from another place and couldn't buy the gift card I needed. I guess Domino's can do better.

I m requesting everyone don’t buy pizza from Lundy’s ln Niagara Falls . Specially evening staff completely untrained. They don’t speak properly English.

Minus two stars for “suggested tipping for awesomeness.” In Ontario, fast food workers get paid minimum wage just like anll other retail jobs. It’s not my job as a customer, to subsidize your employee wages. Pay your workers fairly!
