Duff's Famous Wings

Meh. A bit overrated for what it is.

Chicken wings are average and too saucy.

Carrots taste stale like they are from a freezer in a basement.

Service was pretty meh as well as the waitress forgot we ordered wings and wasn't very attentive.

Food was great, could use some attention to the bathrooms. Assuming when it is busy it'd be hard to get parking and seating since it's part of a multi-facility building, but when we went it was pretty easy to get parking and seating. I was kind of expecting a bit more merchandise but really kicking myself for not getting a t-shirt with the Bills colors.

Showed up with pockets full of cash and a large party of 16. Was denied a seat and when we offered to split up to 4 separate parties we were also denied. Asked to sit at the bar and were told “there’s too many people in there”

My wife and I, as well as our kids and out of town guests have been here numerous times. Most times the food is pretty decent, but that's only if you eat in.
We ordered takeout wings today to come home and watch the Bill's game, and these were quite honestly the worst wings I've ever had. In fact, the appear to have been pre cooked, and redropped to heat up and sauce them.
Called and spoke with a manager and we're home watching the game. She couldn't give a damn less. So we seriously threw the wings in the trash and ordered delivery from a pizza joint.
I'm glad upper management is okay with this particular manager not caring, because she alone cost them a regular customer!
Wewill not be back and I recommend anyone wanting duffs wings, please visit another location.

Ordered x saucy and x crispy and they same dry and not crispy. Definitely would not recommend. Much better local places for a lot cheaper

They make dashers soooo late. They need to put a longer cook time on their orders as dashers shouldn't have to wait 15 to 20 minutes time. I have other food in my car getting cold and I'm not getting paid to sit there way past the time you guys set for having it be finished.

Great place to eat! The food was amazing and the service was great. We tried anchor bar as well and Duffs by far exceeded Anchor bar.

The worst “Duffs” location around. Terrible inconsistent food. Now they can’t even get the number of wings right in an order. The only thing “Duffs” about this location is their name. THERE ARE BETTER WINGS IN NIAGARA FALLS. Shame on me for ordering from them. Last time I make that mistake.

This was suggested by a local. I got cauliflower wings. They made them plain and I was able to dip them. I got medium hot sauce. My husband got 5 spicy BBQ wings. Not normal sauce more like a rub. They were good. My stepson had 5 hot honey and 5 medium. Honey hot was extra spicy. The hot wings were grilled. My dad got 10 hot. Lots of sauce. Best ones he had this week. And he had a lot of wings this week. We also ordered a basket of fries, dried pickles and fried zucchini. Both were served with spicy ranch dressing. The atmosphere is good. Service was fast. There are a lot of TVs.

A nice family place to enjoy good times and have some good wings. When I was there the service was a little slow but not to the point of annoying. Kind of noisy but overall, an enjoyable time

Michele was great. Very helpful from start to finish. We had a big group of 17 people but she took care of us above and beyond! The wings were amazing
