Been going to Duff’s for many years…every time I go I get amazing wings, crisp fries and fresh veggies. And their blue cheese is the best. Quality food and great service. Well worth the drive from Toronto.

used to be good. served my kid raw chicken fingers then told me they were gonna get use new ones but they just refried the raw ones in dirty oil until they were unedible. wings were not that great honestly. better off at a locally owned place. they just don’t care. bathroom was gross too

Out of all the locations in WNY, this Duffs is hands down the most attentive, quickest, and the food is phenomenal. John, the owner is extremely welcoming and our server Danielle was very efficient and kind. Will be back in the future, and I highly recommend!

When I say they have the best wings, I’m not lying. Crispy, juicy, and the sauce options are 10/10!! The chicken fingers were sooo meaty and juicy and the perfect crisp outside! Jean the owner is the best! Always checked on us and how our food was, and Danielle was awesome! Great experience overall!

Visiting from Texas and this was the 4th and best place we had wings during our trip!
Pretzel was good, Motzerlla Sticks were good, Philly Cheese steak was great and so was the smash burger. Definitely recommend!

The waitress was phenomenal. But otherwise, this was honestly the worst experience we've had at Duff's. The food took 30+ minutes to arrive. The wings had no sauce (I had to ask our server to bring some cups of sauce out for me). My daughter's fries were cold in the middle. When we visit Buffalo in the future we'll stick to their other location. I was really looking forward to Duff's and this was a pretty big letdown.
