Whenever I visit from Canada, I witness him single handedly take care of the drive thru and walk in customers without breaking a sweat.
It gets super busy and my guy handles it all.
Dunkin donuts please give him a raise and promote him!!!

My husband and I bought a half-dozen donuts on Nov 25, 2025 at around 7 and 7:25 pm. Before we even opened the box, I changed my mind and wanted to replace one of them while we're still inside the store. I went back to the counter and said âexcuse meâ several times, but received no response. A gentleman from the convenience side of the store eventually called her on a louder voice, and thatâs when I realized she had been sitting just behind the wall near the cashier. I truly believe she heard me but chose to ignore me. When she finally came out, I politely asked if it was possible to replace one of the six donuts since the box hadnât been opened. She responded by talking to herself in her own language, shaking her head, and it felt like she was cursing at me. She then handed me two donuts in a bag and walked away without any explanation. I was left confused, wondering if I had done something wrong. A simple âyesâ or ânoâ would have been enough, and I would have understood if she explained the reason. Instead, her unpleasant attitude made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I ended up leaving the bag of donuts behind because I no longer felt good about the request. Every time we cross the border from Canada to the U.S., I look forward to visiting Dunkinâ Donuts because itâs one of our favorite stops. But this experience was truly disappointing. I believe Dunkinâ Donuts is known for good customer service, and I hope this employee receives the proper training, as her behavior was not appropriate for someone working directly with customers.
Service was terrible. They are rude and they will charge you $1 extra for a cup of iced water and argue with you.

Itâs just coffee!
The staff that attended to us on the drive-thru was very rude and not friendly at all, almost made us wanna turn back around. But the Hot chocolate we order was 10/10

Amazing pool staff , wonderful family park , clean , well maintained equipment kids love the water park . I frequent the pool .

It took me about a 15-minute walk from the Welcome Center. I can imagine it being quite challenging on a hot day since there isnât much shade along the way.
The service and friendliness were extremely poor. I ordered two half-dozens, but they were mixed together in one box, and one donut was packed incorrectly. When I asked for the receipt, they took it out of the trash and gave it to me. When I asked them to print a new one, they said it was not possible. They also implied that since most customers donât ask for a receipt, I shouldnât ask for one either. I found this very unpleasant.
