I understand the aspect of making sure drive-through is being served on but if your in the lobby you shouldnt have to wait a half hour for donuts while a bunch of cars are being served. Espically if you've already paid

Fresh donuts , bagels and muffins! My hot Lava Cake Signature Lattes are always at the right temperature and iced ones always perfect
Dietary restrictions: I wouldn't recommend it if you have a serious gluten allergy (Celiac's disease) only because much of the menu includes items made with flour, so it might be difficult to make sure your GF items have zero contact with any gluten
Kid-friendliness: Appropriate spot for a quick bite with your kids
The Iced Cookie Butter Latte, Avocado Toast and Bagel Bites are favourites!

I stayed at a nearby hotel and placed my order using the app before walking over shortly after 5AM. My order was hot and ready upon arrival. The taste and temperature of my drink was better than the Dunkin’ locations near my home.

Coffee was made incorrectly, not stirred, and burnt. I’ve gone through here four times, and it’s the same every time. Each time I have visited I have had to repeat myself in the drive thru at least 4 times because the worker keeps putting my order in wrong, and then after all the corrections, it comes out wrong anyway. This is my last time going to this place. The food isn’t good and they can’t make coffee without burning it. Coffee is never stirred. Even if it’s hot, there’s always sugar and creamer left of the bottom of the cup. Manager was unhelpful when I called to voice complaint basically said I’m not doing anything about it and hung up. This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.
