Don't go early in the morning (when one would normally go to a coffee shop) as they only ever have one staff member working and you will wait 15+ minutes for a single coffee.

I recently tried the iced matcha latte at Dunkin and it was absolutely fantastic! The matcha flavor was spot on, the latte was creamy, and the sweetness level was just perfect. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're a matcha fan like me! ??
