I struggled with finding a good meal prep place. I hate doing my own. Everything I've tried is delicious. I don't like the wraps but that's personal preference as I don't like the wrap texture when reheated, although the flavor inside is amazing. I recommend the pizza, chili and enchiladas when they have them. With the price of groceries it works out cheaper for each of us to have 5 breakfast and 5 lunches. Easy, healthy and convenient.

Everything I've tried so far has been really good. The Union Rd location is very convenient for me to stop and get lunches for the work week. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr Okosodo Healing formula is 100% guaranteed for herpes cure, the reason why most people are finding it difficult to cure herpes is because they believe in medical reports and their drugs (tablets) and treatments which is not helpful to cure herpes . Dr Okosodo Natural roots/herbs formulas are the best remedy which can easily eradicate herpes from your body completely because this simple formula also cured me within few weeks. For more information about permanent herpes cure Please contact Dr Okosodo on email [email protected] or DM below on Facebook page

It's okay. The staff was rather rude when I came in over the weekend. Seemed bothered by me coming in and more interested in their cell phone. Selection of food was spotty. Won't be back :(

This place makes eating healthy not such a pain while also being affordable. I enjoy almost every meal I try, my wife and I keep a journal rating the various meals which is a great way to keep track of what meals you like. Fridays usually have sales so go there and stock up for the week.

Good service. Food is really good. Steaks are superb with a grilled restaurant quality taste, particularly the Garlic Crusted Steak. The Balsamic Steak comes in 2nd, still very good. Veggies are nice, fresh, and crisp in all dishes. The turkey dishes are great. The smoked turkey chili is fantastic. The chicken dishes are good, but the chicken breasts could use some sauce instead of just dry rubs. Some of them are really bland. I bet the taste would improve if they grilled them like they do the steaks.I can't eat any of the breakfasts because they all have eggs in them and I'm allergic. Would love a turkey bacon or beef bacon with hash browns or home fries choices.I notice the lunches and dinners for the week closing September 16th have quite a few dishes I'd like to try but they have eggs in them. I dunno, seems like a better idea to avoid nuts and eggs in lunch and dinner dishes so you maximize the most amount of customers that can buy your meals, plus, you know, it's lunch and dinner and not breakfast where eggs would normally be.But overall, good service, good food, reasonable prices.

Ordered about 20 meals, we not only didn’t get all our meals we didn’t get the ones we ordered. I’ve called multiple times and emailed. I have yet to receive a phone call back. Will not use them again

Excellent meal selection and the choices change all the time. I would recommend to go early, if you wait till the end of the day you might now have a lot to choose from. One of the few places in Niagara Falls where you can get clean meals. The stuffed peppers are hands down the best!

Love this place! Never had a bad experience. Food is always fresh and really good. Cannot say that I've had a meal that I was even slightly dissatisfied with! Keep up the great work guys!
