Received an order through Uber eats I travel a lot and eat out a lot. This is the first firehouse sub I’ve ever had however I paid for extra bacon. There was not extra bacon on there and the brownie is like a hard rock and I paid $3.90 for it it’s disgusting

Ordered online ordered 2 pep meat ball subs picked it up and got 1 pep meatball sub and 1 hook and ladder that's not what I ordered called store and they said we made what was ordered refused to fix it and hung up on me I'm very upset !!!!

They always get your order wrong and for whay they are charging, that is unacceptable.. Kinda seems like they put whatever they want on your sandwich. Even when ordering on uber where it is literally written down for them, still gets it wrong. What a waste of money. Spend it elsewhere.

Just ordered a sandwich, paid $2 extra for bacon, and received ONIONS instead. What a fun error. Actually laughed. Currently in some kind of produce-related arbitration process with SkipTheDishes. Feels like a bad Seinfeld episode.

The quality of the food did not meet the standards of the Fire house sub. The sub lacked an adequate amount of melted mushrooms, and the broccoli soup was notably watery. The excuse from one of the servers, the soup's consistency has been altered by the franchiser, but no apology or compensation was offered for the diminished quality.
As a regular customer of Fire house sub House in another city, I have consistently enjoyed high-quality meals and service, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.
The staff need further training in customer service to better address and resolve such issues

WANNABE HEALTHY SIDE DISH CONNOISSEUR
Currently, my main focus when deciding where and what to eat while eating or ordering out is whether the food item(s) are of a healthier nature and what the price is.
Usually, the items I choose are found on the Side Dish portion of the menu. (Not always, but often).
This is the case at Firehouse Subs, where I order their Chilli from their Sides menu.
Their chilli is meaty with kidney beans, diced tomatoes and onions, and a sauce that is not spicy. I personally like to taste my chilli, not feel it burn. You can always add a little heat yourself, but you can't take it out once it's in.
The price for the bowl of chilli is $5.94, which is quite reasonable, considering the high protein and fiber content.
The sodium content is a little high - 850mg - but I often don't eat the whole portion at once, usually pouring half the chilli over a baked potato (which I get from a Sides menu at another nearby restaurant, for 3.49!).
Usually, I order pick up or just walk in and place my order. The staff have always been polite and friendly. But due to my not eating in, I am not able to accurately review the restaurant's atmosphere.
PS - On my next visit, I plan to try their side salad - yes, it's from their Sides portion of their menu.
It is $4.95 and includes romaine lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, provolone cheese, and your choice of dressing.
Sounds tasty and healthy - just what I'm looking for.
