Ordered two hamburgers and small fry. Gave order with condiments on the hamburgers, received food and both hamburgers had no condiments on the hamburgers. Usually the fries are a generous portion and this time there were hardly anything even in the fry container. Called the restaurant and got no real explanation. For the cost of the food, you’d think they would be better and taking and fulfilling orders. Hamburgers at home.

Floors are wet every time I go there. It gets frustrating when you have an 18mo baby who is walking, and all he wants to do is walk. I'm always watching my kids, but one split second, he could fall on his face, chip a tooth, my anxiety goes crazy just thinking about, just imagine how I feel when I'm there. But the food is always on point and is very good.. when I'm not being charged for something I did not order. Example.. I ordered 2 small reg. Cheese burgers i gt two double cheese burgers lol

I ordered(39) 2 lrg fries 1 Cajun and 1 plain but I got 2 small fries because the lady behind me was being pushy with her order(40)

Visited this location for our first experience with five guys. They were very quick and understanding when they realized we weren't familiar with ordering there as we asked for a combo and they explained you order each item individually. We had the bacon cheeseburger and the bacon burger with a regular fries and a Cajun fries. I really enjoyed the spice level of the Cajun fries as well as the flavour of the fries in general. The burgers are MASSIVE as you get two patties with these burgers. We had tried Red Robin recently and found this to be a MUCH better value and experience for the cost. While the price is a bit higher than an average burger place but the value is met. For this reason it won't be a regular spot but definitely will be a treat for us. The only issue I had with our experience was how wet the floor was around the drink and condiment stations making it slippery in that area. One of the drink machines was out of order and these two things may have been related.

I originally gave them 4 stars but now it's a 1 star went here Aug 10th for my birth day and it took about 10 min to order and then they messed up our order then gave us a new Burger with a cold bun cold lettuce cold cheese unmelted.. they weren't even that busy.. There was about 4 people other then my 4 member family there.. this place has been consistently going downhill and I will never go back as I am finally fed up with it and fix your freaking pop machines already it's literally been like a year.. for now on I'll just make my own burgers at home. Thanks for ruining my birthday dinner and my birthday for that matter.. by far the worst birthday dinner I have ever had which sucks because I was super excited and looking forward to it and then I just went home with utter disappointment.... I didn't even eat ended up going home and eating mac and cheese on my freaking birthday.. it sucks too because I really needed a good day and a good meal... and yes my reviews change over time they can go up or like in this occasion they can go way down. And they're not going to have a chance to get more stars from me as I'm literally not going back ever again

Used to be a regular but after a few crew changes it’s simply not the same experience. I’ll never hold the workers accountable, it’s up to the owner/ franchise to maintain quality that justifies $20 meals. Past two times the burger had the signature taste of beef that is just about to go bad. Again, not holding the workers accountable, there have been serval instances of poor management. Which reflects directly upon the owner. Poor management leads to poor food handling which leads to upset customers. Only writing this because I enjoy five guys burgers
