I had a bad experience at Five Guys restaurant. The service was poor and the food was mediocre for its price. Despite the restaurant's numerous awards displayed on its windows, my order was exceptionally slow and I had to ask for it twice. Moreover, some of the food and shakes were missing items that we had ordered. The staff seemed distracted and overwhelmed, which was surprising as the restaurant wasn't overly busy for the time of day.

I would love to see them do some upgrades and keep this business going strong. Had dinner here for the first time recently. Chiped plates, dirty table clothes under clean ones. Food was great service was excellent. Ice cream pumpkin pie was awesome finish to a good meal.
