The hibachi chefs were fantastic and truly the highlight of the experience. They made it fun and entertaining! The food was delicious and well-prepared. However, I was disappointed with the service, which didn’t meet expectations. To make matters worse, gratuity was automatically added to the bill, which I wasn’t informed about beforehand, and it didn’t feel justified given the level of service. First time going here. And I never leave reviews. I feel bad for this, but I just have to speak up.
They said they were short staffed. I’m usually a very understanding person, but i guess that should have been my red flag.
Waited quite a long time for things that weren’t even cooked (soup, sushi), but they forgot my BF’s sushi order. No biggie, they said they were short staffed, I’ll just get the server. Waited 20-30 mins, until I was able to alert someone.....
