We have been ordering from this place for years but over the last 6 months this place has gone downhill. Their quality of food is good but it doesn't matter because they can never get your order right. Something is either always missing, they get the dish wrong or they straight up just don't make it properly. I ordered a large beef and broccoli and all they gave me was a container of just broccoli and sauce. It was rung up on the ticket correctly. I was given a refund but I'm just tired of never getting what I order. Time to find a new place.

I ordered from the wrong place taste good is the place I usually order from and is the place you all should order from. Anyway I ordered a bunch of things and got it delivered a women gets on the phone I tell them hey you forgot something I ordered the women tells me my boss made the bag themself. I reply with well I'm not lying to you it's not in here they proceed to tell me they can give me a credit for the next time I order or I can wait 2 hrs for them to deliver it. I proceed to ask how long if I come get it considering I'm literally right around the corner, the women says oh we will have some ready now if you come and get them lol of course you do they already had them bagged and ready probably didn't even recook them even though the mistake was on them trashy place trashy people I won't make the mistake again TASTE GOOD Is the place to order from I had a similar situation and they re delivered the single item and threw in the extra because they made a mistake

Food was hot but not much flavor. I felt like the peas in the fried rice were canned since they were so dull. The general tso sauce was thin and the chicken wasn't very crispy. Eggrolls were better cold and needed some spice because they just tasted like cabbage.

Normally I love this restaurant. Normally I would have given it a 5 star. But lately the food has been slacking on quality. Soups taste like water. Think prices are a little high. I've ordered from there for years Fingers crossed the quality comes back up. And if they can drop the price on soups A little would be nice. Then would give 5 stars again.

Ordered shrimp with lobster sauce. It was terrible. 4 shrimp in a watered down sauce with no flavor. Very disappointed. I also deed the beef and broccoli. My son said it was good.

Today I called and ordered 3 combo platters for my family for dinner. Give husband’s phone number as he was picking up on way home from work. Walks in the door puts bag down on kitchen counter. Right away I think bag is small for 3 meals. Something in the bag has leaked all on the one bottom side. I proceed to open bag and inside there is only 2 out of the 3 combo platters in bag. I immediately think of honest mistake, maybe it’s busy. I’ll just give them a call and go back. The girl I ordered from answers the phone. I tell her my husband just picked up our order and only 2 combo platters were inside the bag. She says hold on and sets down phone. Doesn’t put me on hold so I can hear everything she’s saying. Says to another employee “the lady on the phone is saying she is missing one of her combo platters but I know I put it in there so I don’t know what you want me to tell her”. I proceed to hear her say again “well she lyin, because I know I put it in there.” She gets back on the phone and says” uh yeah I guess you can just come and get another one.” So then I’m like no it’s NOT ANOTHER one if I have never received the first one I asked and paid for. I say “ honey I assure you I’m not lying, I’m not going to waste our time, our yours, or my gas If I had gotten what I paid for. I’m sure it was an honest mistake and maybe it was accidentally put in another customer’s bag. But I assure you it was not in ours! She says “whatever, just come and get it!” Hangs up! In the mean time a guy from Great Wall calls husbands phone and insists we we have it. And he is kinda laughing. Husband says a no, we don’t! So he goes and picks up meal. Gets home. Meal container is half full of what is normally would be. And the meal that leaked had lid half put on. Food has honestly gone downhill a lot over the years. I suggest if you do order from them check your bag before you leave. Because if they mess up it’s your fault.

Not the best I ever had but it hot and cheap. I did get fresh mushrooms in their Hot and Sour soup which surprised me bc it also been canned. However it wasn't hot or even sour just basic and greasy. Their General Tso was ok with a few burnt veggies within the rice. I have no complaints about the egg roll. The woman who took our order was pleasant and patience.

You know the only Chinese restaurant you like? The one to which you compare the others? That's how Great Wall is for me. They have had a few employees over the years who are not Chinese and seem less informed and motivated, but the food is always Great.

Food was nasty I asked for small pieces of orange chicken….I called back he said I can’t do nothing and hung up didn’t even give me the opportunity to bring the item back so the trash it went and the egg roll was old….they gave me a lot of rice but it was bland so I just tossed the whole meal this is the second time they have just gave me what they wanted to . Before I called and asked for a shrimp EGG ROLL she said okay. I pick my order up come home and it’s SPRING ROLLS I called back she then said we don’t have shrimp egg rolls…so why take my order for it? Just to get my money and fyi they charge for fortune cookies just to HONG KONG kitchen on Pine ave better food and you get what you ordered
