Drinks were empty constantly, food was cold, my chicken sandwich was grey and sitting there both times I had to call the waiter over to ask for something while he stood at the front hostess stand. I had to tell him it was horrible and the chicken was grey and hard. He said to me well you should of said something To me earlier and you would have gotten another meal. I was a waitress for 15 years I never complain but I was so annoyed with that comment. I didn't want or need anything for free. I couldn't have eaten anything else after the way that sandwich looked but no apology or anything just a comment back. He did bring my daughter and her friend treats for their birthday as we were there to celebrate birthdays and neither of them have ever been there. I will never go back again. Extremely disappointed.

Server lied about my discounts. Had to keep asking for refills. Would %1000 not give a thumbs up. Bad faith for whole experience. Will never come again all over $60 in discounts that he told me we would get

We were seated quickly but it took awhile to get any attention from wait staff. After our order was placed, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food. Staff was friendly when they interacted with us but were not visible most times. Food was fair - salmon was overcooked. Only one option for side vegetable. An OK option, just not the best.

Been yesterday , I understand that is not a fine dining , but basic things of the service . Like serving the main course when I still have my appetizer on the table??? Of course I sent back in the kitchen and when was the moment to serve those , they were cold because for sure was not remade from new but was reheated just warmed up ... when they served the main I didn't had the silverware. The cocktail was served before ask for the water... good thing was the pork ribs dish and nachos could be better. Is an international restaurant chain , I think the standards should be the same and was not!

The food was excellent! Loved the jumbo pretzel and the veggie burger, and the cheesecake was delicious! Our server was very friendly and helpful. It was a very enjoyable lunch as part of a full day at Niagara Falls!

10/10 experience as a passerby. The man at the bar last night was incredible. Made a delicious tropical magarita, and ensured i was satisfied at each stage of the night.

Chef served cold chicken sliders. Was not a touch of warmth. So room temp. The server took them back and returned with freshly cooked sliders that taste good. They were also removed from the bill. The nachos were ok. My son loved his burger. Guess that's what I should have gotten. All the staff was very nice.
