10/10 experience as a passerby. The man at the bar last night was incredible. Made a delicious tropical magarita, and ensured i was satisfied at each stage of the night.

Chef served cold chicken sliders. Was not a touch of warmth. So room temp. The server took them back and returned with freshly cooked sliders that taste good. They were also removed from the bill. The nachos were ok. My son loved his burger. Guess that's what I should have gotten. All the staff was very nice.

It seems the portion size at HRC has been greatly diminished. Food was good but very average. Service was slow even though the restaurant was far from full.

Family trip to the Falls. We were looking for consistency and we found it! It was a fine, clean establishment. A little on the pricey side, but the best french fries we ate in Niagara.

Staff was so nice from the hostess who sat us in a quiet place to our server who was very friendly and attentive. Food was good, with good value. We had the grilled chicken sandwiches which were nicely grilled (a bit blackened which was good) and caesar salads. Great location right across from the Niagara Falls park entrance, and really is the nicest best restaurant on the NY side of the falls.

Food was OK. Fajitas peppers barely had any color to them, almost as translucent as the onions. Chicken mac and cheese was a lottle spicy. Wasnt as creamy as I prefer. My granddaughter ordered the salad from the kids menu. It was probably the best of the three meals. Not many decent restaurants choices on the US side.

Very nice place close to the Niagara Falls, the personnel was so kind and also the food so delicious. All was rounded of musician objects like one guitar of Jimi Hendrix and others.

Smokey old fashioned is nicely done. The guy working the tables is a hustler, along with the rest of the team. If any other Hard Rock Cafe is in need of a person like the guy keeping the tables clean at HRC - Niagara, the company should fly him around. He worked super hard and never said a thing. Quiet confidence and pride in his work was nice to witness. Gotta love the back of house hustle.

Not your typical hard rock quality of food. I'm very disappointed with the onion rings. Not thick, sweet onions.
