Drinks were empty constantly, food was cold, my chicken sandwich was grey and sitting there both times I had to call the waiter over to ask for something while he stood at the front hostess stand. I had to tell him it was horrible and the chicken was grey and hard. He said to me well you should of said something To me earlier and you would have gotten another meal. We were seated quickly but it took awhile to get any attention from wait staff. After our order was placed, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food. Staff was friendly when they interacted with us but were not visible most times. Food was fair - salmon was overcooked. Only one option for side vegetable. An OK option, just not the best.
The food was excellent! Loved the jumbo pretzel and the veggie burger, and the cheesecake was delicious! Our server was very friendly and helpful. It was a very enjoyable lunch as part of a full day at Niagara Falls!
