I visited Saturday, November 18, 2024 before seeing The Beach Boys at OLG Stage and server Maddie B served me boneless wings, fries, Budweiser, ice water and cookies & cream cheesecake.

Hooters Niagara Falls offers delicious food and great service, even when short-staffed. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, who ensure a positive experience. Despite its proximity to the falls, the restaurant maintains reasonable prices. Guests are pleasantly surprised by the tasty chicken wings with buffalo sauce, steamed shrimp and lemon, and Lots of Tots. The service is good, and the atmosphere is a bit decadent, but clean. However, some menu items were no longer available, and wing sizes were smaller. Service was inconsistent, with a friendly waitress forgetting items. The restaurant was also found to be closed earlier than its posted hours.
