It's a great restaurant with great service too. However, it's not like your regular restaurant. It's a combination of a public and a restaurant which I won't recommend for an underage to visit. The restroom was a mess, I perceived it had not been managed properly.I would have rated them a 3 but their attendant was super friendly and nice which counts for something to me.

Made a huge order for super bowl, went with my buddy to pick it up, was ribs and wings, spent 250$ for my party and just to get home to under cooked ribs and some of the wings. 3 out of 7 of us had salmonella poisoning!!! yes that's right. I called a couple times after and asked for manager and was told unavailable... used to love the wings here. definitely won't buy again... just make sure you cook fully the food :(

The service was alright. Had to ask a waiter to come and take our order, but she was nice. I got the wings, fries and ribs. The food arrived cold. Ribs were bland, lacked sauce definitely not grilled maybe baked at best? The wings were tiny, they were just alright. Fries, well most of them were overcooked.

My recent experience at Hooters Niagara Falls left much to be desired. While the portion size of the burger and fries was somewhat acceptable, the quality of the burger fell short of expectations. Additionally, the service was disappointing, with lengthy wait times for both taking our order and receiving our food. Even the process of receiving the bill was unnecessarily delayed. These shortcomings in both food quality and service detracted significantly from the overall dining experience. Hooters Niagara Falls may have potential, but improvements are needed to meet customer expectations for both food and service efficiency.

Had some beers. I didn't eat but the food looks decent. the food is American/Canadian. lots of deep fried and greasy options. The girls were cute and friendly. Like 70% of the clients were guys. I had to check out the reputable chain but it wasn't my style.

It's a flip of the coin. I ordered nachos .Did I order a meal prep kit or is it going to arrive with the basics added in the mix. Plus 7 dollars for 1 ounce container of chicken is customer abuse. I moved to Niagara and these restaurants need to to get it together. I don't care that you had a different person in the kitchen. I want my food the same if I rated it thumbs up. Quality control attention to detail or get someone who wants there job. Who is happy to work there. I was offered a free replacement. I have yet to go get it . I've ordered again after and same scenario. Won't order again. Sad because I thought this was my new take out place. Oh and I didn't recommend the nacho make your own.

Was prompt to be seated but then waited 20 mins and no one had even come to take a drink order. 4 waitress standing at the bar comparing pictures on their phone about clothes. ( we were seated close enough that we were able to hear them so no way we were not seen to be seated)

This place has down the hill for my wife and I, we have been coming here for the last 6 years when we come down for our anniversary each year. BUT THIS IS OUR LAST TIME NEVER AGAIN which is sad because the food and portions were so filling before but so very disappointing now with the portions and the qualities of the food. The fried pickles had very little batter on them and that they got rid of the wraps which is what we wanted. Never againOct. 19 2023
