Online menu was different to the one in-store. Food was not that good especially for the high price. Definitely an overrated institute.

This is my very first time visiting canada with 5 of my family friends and had the opportunity to visit this very Ihop location for breakfast. Upon arrival, we were greeted politely and was escorted to a table as it was a group of 5. My niece who is 9, prefered the tables against the wall with the softer seats and asked the greeter if she could kindly swith us and she was very welcoming and accommodate us. The waiter for that area and table happens to be Cameron. He came over, introduced himself and when we were ready, he took the orders for 5 of us. We all ordered drinks, and it was served. Because it was cold, my sister decided to order 1 drink for the 2 children so the shared using different straws. Since the food take a little time to prepare, we were all sipping on the juice while we wait for tge food and finally it came. . My nieces noticed the juice happend to be going down rapidly and Cameron happened to pass by our table. My niece who is 9, said excuse me Cameron, is it possible for me to have a free refill of juice, (which was actually syrup and seltzer water). Cameron's response to the child was so rude.. As an adult, he looked the child in the face and exclaimed NO! Syrup here is very expensive and walked away, even the customers next to our table was looking and wondering who was he speaking to and why. There was nothing discrete about his tone. He was very rude and we were all turned off by his nasty attitude and response to a child. My sister spoke to another coworker about it and asked to speak to the manager. We were told that the mamager was not there but the Supervisor was there. Low and behild, here comes Cameron to our table asking if we were ok and he understands that we need to speak to a supervisor, is there a problem and is there somethinghe can do to help. We told him no and reiterate thatwe need to speak to a superviso so he left.. There comes another co worker who is not a supervisor, she now said, the supervisor is not there at the moment, but she can help. my niece once again explain to her the situation and let her know how disappointed she/we were with Camerons nasty attitude towards her a child even tho she asked politely. We all let her know that the only way we stayed and finished the meal is because we were all served and more than half way into the meal. She was nice and casual she apologized and offer us some discount and we decided not to give Cameron any tip because he is undeserving of it. In our opinion, we honestly thinks that with that kind of attitude towards people that Cameron should be placed in the back of the kitchen to take care of the pots and dishes, that way he gets to take out his frustration and anger on those things instead of on the customers who came to ihop to enjoy a meal. Im sure we are not the only one hes been rude tobut ihope
Thank you Sherra for the wonderful experience

The food here tastes fine. However, it is overpriced both for the quality, quantity, and taste. Service was good however the price for the experience was not worth it.

Could have gone to a nice restaurant and had a full meal for the same cost. Got four crepes which include a handful of strawberries and a dab of whipped cream, a 3x4 block of shredded hash browns and two coffees for $50.

If I could give a 0 review I would! The food was nasty! I went to the bathroom and a staff wearing a cooks jacket used the bathroom and didn’t even wash their hands!!! Don’t come here!

I requested for my omelette to be cooked on a contaminated surface if possible, due to religious obligations they said unfortunately they cant because they are busy, however at 11am on a Wednesday they were not busy at all. Then i requested for cancellation and the lady got mad it cannot be cancelled as half of my family was at the other restaurant which did accommodate to cook on the non contaminated grill. The old lady with boy haircut was awful! Extremely rude. Anything can be said in a polite respectful manner.
