Not worth going. Foods overpriced and unfortunately not very good. Pancakes and French toast were bland, so was the berry crepe. Husband wasn't happy with the eggs, nor the bacon. A little seasoning would go a long way. Astounded at the bill price it was not worth it. The food looked nice. The service was friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible apart from the very front door downstairs (that opens into the arcade you go up from) theres no handicap doors there we could see.

Like other reviews note, the prices here were insane. In addition to the overpriced menu, local tax, there is a tourist fee that brought our bill for 4 people to $144! The food was fine, but the biscuit was hard and not edible. Portions were very generous. Good service and clean restaurant. Not at all worth the price we paid!

As candian I have faced coloured racism at this location. Being candian is not enough to get attention of severe. Because we don’t look candian in thier eyes. Worst service . No smile, nk suggestions nothing. They made sure to make us feel that we were not welcomed from beginning till end.

Worst service I ever had as an adult going to a sit down restaurant with my sister and brother we waited 30 minutes and watched 3 people get there order taken! If I could give them a 0 star rating I would in a heartbeat! We wanted to go to Applebees but since they were closed we went there! I also asked to a speak to a manager and the lady ISpoke to was extremely rude plus not even a manager to begin with! She mentioned that it’s an hour wait but no one even told us she also said it depends on the sever! The one guy server asked us if we have been severed yet we said no and he said he would go find our server than went over to another table and took there order let alone they arrived a good 15-20 minutes after us! Again worst service ever I will never go back!!

4 of us visited this restaurant in 2 groups of 2 each. The first group couldn't connect to the Wifi, got served really late and got the wrong check at the end of it. The second group was being actively ignored despite multiple requests. I don't know if the servers were being racist as well cause the other tables were being served.

To keep a very long story short, we asked for a booth, they had to clear and set it first… never happened so we were left to sit at the half cleared table we were told to wait at (moved ourselves to a clean table after a couple was sat at the booth we were waiting for) server unsure of menu and couldn’t answer basic questions (instead of asking he just told us what he thought I wanted to hear). My pancake order was wrong, but he doubled down on what he brought me until I looked in the menu again and showed him what I had ordered. The eggs and potatoes were bland. My sons scrambled tasted like boxed eggs, and to top it off it was the most expensive meal of our stay. Oh, and after asking for more cream a few times we finally just scavenged some from one of the several uncleared tables around us.

It cost us over $100 dollars for breakfast for 2 adults and one child (1 entree and drink each). The food was ok but the portions for the price even with the understanding of the markups due to location was outrageous. Won't be going back again.
