Underrated breakfast spot in the Falls. Have improved their food and service. 20 % off for locals.

This place is Just a price gouging rip off, my husband & I paid $57 for an omelette & a 2 egg 2 strips of bacon breakfast with 2 coffees, the restaurant was completely empty & now I know why, I will never eat here again ....$10 for 2 cups of coffee with breakfast is unacceptable to me & the breakfast was small too. IHOP should be ashamed of their price gouging tactics

Food is mediocre and overpriced. There are better breakfast places for less money.

If you are a local, you will be charged for tourist tax without your knowledge and their excuse is You need to let us know, no they need to ask because the majority of their customers are local, So if you don't let them know, they're going to charge you a tourist tax maybe even your arm and your leg. If you are dining out as a local anywhere in Niagara Falls, you need to let them know you are local. If you do not, they will charge you tourist tax, and it's not cheap, my dears. When I brought it to the attention of the cashier, she basically was passive-aggressive and ignored me. And when a customer came in and it was brought to his attention, she got irate when he asked for his money back and basically yelled at him and said, "Next time, let us know.
