WORST FOOD
RUDE BEHAVIOUR
UNHYGIENIC
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at India Grill in food court at Fashion outlet, Niagarafalls, NY. and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to WARN others.
Firstly, the food was the worst, and the dishes seemed poorly prepared. Even basic items like naan ( it was frozen pita bread not naan ) and curries were a letdown, leaving much to be desired. It felt as though the kitchen lacked any understanding of Indian cuisine, which is disappointing for a restaurant that claims to specialize in it.
Equally upsetting was the service. The staff exhibited extremely rude behaviour, which only compounded the frustration of an already disappointing meal. When we raised our concerns about the food, we were met with dismissive comments instead of an effort to address the issues. It's never pleasant to be made to feel unwelcome in a dining establishment, but unfortunately, this was our experience.
Additionally, hygiene standards were appalling. Preparing tables were sticky, the floor was dirty, and there seemed to be a general neglect of cleanliness, which only heightened my discomfort during the visit.
In conclusion, my visit to India Grill was nothing short of a disaster. With the combination of terrible food, rude service, lack of hygiene, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and consider dining elsewhere; there are plenty of restaurants out there that truly value their customers and deliver a quality food and dining experience.

Worst ever Indian gmfiod we had. Pakoda was all burnt and black and over deep fried. Panner and other vegetables curries all had same base gravy anf taste. Total lack of quality and taste. Never visiting the place again.

Good was TERRABLE! I have eaten May Briaini's at lost of different places this rice was all one flavor. All of the rice was Bright orange. The chicken was not good inside and the food was Over Priced. I paid 23$ for One bowl of food and they wanted to charge me 4$ for extra white sauce which is about 3oz of sauce. I do not recommend ordering there. My friend ordered from the Chinese place and I was jealous that I wasted my money on this instead of what my friend ordered not to mention hers was cheaper and came with a drink. ? And it was a 25 minute wait.

Located in fashion outlet mall, literally a food court stall serving Indian cuisine by Indian woman. Look promising but not the price although no tax but in USD. Very pricey for Pani Puri.

Ordered Mango lassi( they should name it to mango water), so watered down and not at all a lassi. Second, we ordered chai, and they said it's made in store. Omg! it tasted pathetic. The chai in train tastes better than this concoction. Regreted every bit of this order. Do not recommend it at all. Please drink water instead of ordering from here.

Had ordered Mango lassi. Regretted my decision as it was no way close to mango lassi. It tasted like sweet milk with some mango syrup. And it's overpriced, too.

I recently visited India Grill, and it exceeded all my expectations! Despite some low ratings that initially made me hesitant, I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. The food was absolutely authentic and bursting with flavor. Each dish was expertly prepared, from the fragrant biryanis to the rich, creamy curries. The naan bread was perfectly soft and warm, complementing the meals beautifully. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed. India Grill is truly a hidden gem, and it's clear that it deserves much better recognition. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone craving delicious, authentic Indian cuisine. Five stars!
