The cute guy who sometimes wears a cowboy hat (adorable) is amazingly nice. Gave me food samples to let me pick the right thing. The food is absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that the rude entitled tourists that are absolutely awful to these people drag down the wait times and make you not wanna stay there and eat, even though they've made the setup really nice. We'll definitely be going back more in the offseason to avoid the trash.

I wish google will put some negative stars to use for this food truck. One chai, one samosa chat and one chicken biryani take almost 45 minutes to the table and biryani portion remember Chinese street food in Hyderabad city. Just portion only not the taste. Honestly if you ask me I will request google to re review there ratings everything sucks but still got 4.3 rating. People please don’t spoil your health by seeing this rating. Not recommended for any food at all…..

This is our first time in Buffalo. When we landed and were hungry like anything. We found this gem and thought of calling about the availabilities. The guy over the phone was sooo nice and kind. He delivered food for four of us on that night with so negligible delivery fee! We ordered our lunch and dinner the next day as well. The roti, chana masala, achar, veggie everything was soo perfect and affordable as well!
Thank you Indian Fusion! I will definitely recommend this food truck to my friends and family from Texas and also order from you when we revisit inshaaAllah!

Aloo parathas were extremely thin and they kept on reducing the amount of aloo stuffing with each parantha.
They messed up the order of Jain chole bhature by adding onion, garlic in the chole and Bhatures were extremely thick.

I don’t have any option for 0star. We spent $52 for butter chicken and 4 naan,1 allo parantha it was not even naan it was like kulchas and when i asked that how is it 52$ for 3items auntyji said we are paying $30k for food truck parking.wrost experience.
