Watch out for this place. It's a trap in more ways than one. The staff is very aggressive. My wife bumped into a typically overloaded junk table with a sharp enough metal corner it cut her through clothes. The male clerk ran over and immediately started being verbally abusive for knocking things over. We had over $100 worth of stuff to buy, but he also demanded $17 for what fell off the table. Welp, he got his $17 a bad review and nothing else.

When buying our tickets this morning, I asked, “Do you take coupons?” The man behind the counter replied, “We do not have any coupons.” We bought our tickets for our party of 8 and within a few seconds, we found a $2 off coupon in the coupon book we just picked up in the lobby. I approached him again and said that you do have a coupon, and the lady next to him immediately replied, “You needed to present it when you bought the tickets.” And the man added, “I had no coupons to give you. That’s what I told you.” He knew exactly what I was asking. Lesson learned. Movie is the same one we watched years ago, only no longer on an IMAX. For noon on a rainy Saturday, there were only 12 people there, including the 8 of us.

I found souvenirs here in low prices and better quality as compared to nearby stores.

Today August 25. I went to JD Gifts 21 O Laughlin dr Niagara Falls NY 143031144. There s a lady tall, blonde and overweight so mean, really rude. Earlier today I was checking for some souvenirs for my nephews. I ask her about sizes and in a rude way she answered me “ I don’t know I don’t have kids “ . Look like no interest in me purchasing something from the store. I went back after my tour and I needed to purchase cause my time is limited. She was so rude and not nice when my son a 14 years old boy was thanking her. The store has really nice things but that lady is not the dealing with the costumer

Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone and would never come back here again. The staff was completely rude and started cursing in front of my daughter. We walked into the store with our dog in a doggy bag, and after being unbothered for 10 minutes, the staff told us we could not be in the store in the dog. We understood and I told my family "I guess we can't shop here". After I said that, a white lady told us that "we can leave" and called me a "Bi***".

Today August 27th, 2021 at 12: 15 p.m the lady working the register was beyond rude and disrespectful. And to top it off was in violation of the service animal laws, refusing my service because I was holding my dog which with my disabilities I'm allowed to do. After I informed her that he is a service dog and I do not have to put him on the ground she still refused service, so I had to leave.

I visited this shop yesterday. Over priced, random souvenirs. There werent many stores open in the area (im assuming because we visited the falls after the normal tourist season) so we did purchase s couple of cups and a shotglass for our collection. The woman who rang us up pulled down her mask to wipe at her nose with her hand then continued wrapping my cups :-( needless to say everything was cleansed thoroughly once we got to the car. She was pleasant but unhygienic and during covid times this is unsettling

Terrible employees...unbearably rude. Came in to buy some souvenirs...after witnessing the employees yell at an elderly man for his face mask slipping down and then continue to speak about him rudely...I put my things back and left.

Went to Niagara Falls NY for my grandsons 10th birthday this past week. We went into this store to buy snacks and our souvenirs. We were walking around and trying to meet up with them and we were treated HORRIBLE by a worker who THOUGHTwe were trying to get into a back area. She was so rotten that we ALL left without buying a thing!!! Do NOT give this woman your business what so ever!!!!!

Cheaply made and over priced, but there wasn't much choice for a place to go to get a souvenir.

horrible horrible employees, at around 10:20PM 3 of the employees made fun of a man that was slightly bigger than normal that was just enjoying his ice cream plus they have horrible customer service and refused to help me I recommend Nobody goes there

go with the discovery pass for best value. only 30 min and runs very often so you can easily see it same day as other activites.

Tour guide that hosted us was a local with excellent knowledge of Niagara's history.
