Ordered a sub on the app. Went it and they did not receive order. It was not a big deal for me, I asked if they received it and they said no. She said let me get you one made right away. They made it fresh and handed it me and said your all set.
They would not take payment.
That was not what I was looking for at all. Very happy with all the staff, they were very nice and polite.

I have extreme disappointment with an experience I had at your establishment around 6:30PM yesterday. What should have been a routine visit turned into a disturbing and unacceptable situation that has left me angry and appalled.

While attempting to use the restroom, I unknowingly walked in on an individual who had neither locked the door nor responded when I asked if anyone was inside (she wasn’t even using the bathroom but was behind the door). I quickly apologized upon realizing someone was there. However, instead of a simple acknowledgment, the individual exited the restroom and began loudly yelling and swearing at me in full view of customers and staff. This aggressive outburst was unsettling and created a very uncomfortable environment for everyone present.

The situation escalated when a female employee of Jersey Mike’s—who commendably tried to de-escalate and stand up for me—became the target of further threats and verbal abuse from the same individual. What’s more troubling is that when the manager arrived, they were seen outside speaking with the aggressor in a friendly manner, even shaking her hand, despite her having verbally threatened both a customer and an employee. At one point, the individual began pacing outside the store, opening the door, stating she was waiting to assault me, and even took photographs of those inside me and those inside the establishment and continued and was allowed to continue with threats.

To make matters worse, it appeared the employee who tried to do the right thing either quit or was terminated on the spot due to disagreement with the manager for not standing up for either one of us (it appeared from how upset the employee was this is not the first time). Not once did anyone from management apologize to me or the other customers for the harassment and threats we endured. It was disheartening to see such a serious situation brushed aside with no acknowledgment or accountability.

Given the severity of this incident and the lack of appropriate response from management, I have no intention of returning to this location—or any Jersey Mike’s location in the future. The employee who intervened did not deserve to lose their job for doing what was right, and the failure to ensure customer and employee safety is completely unacceptable.

The police should have been called. Watch the footage from last night and do better.

Food is always excellent! Prices are reasonable. Service people are very nice! Can't rate atmosphere because I get it to go. My only complaint would be that sometimes they forget the extras like chips so check your bag. I love this place!
