I ordered my family meal online it was ready as soon as I got there I had no issues with this restaurant and usually I have a problem with KFC in the Western New York area but this time I most certainly did not in and out.

I went inside to make sure I get what I asked for. A 3pc. Box dinner with Mac n cheese, dark meat, coleslaw, biscuit. I received everything but mac n cheese. They gave me mash potatoes and gravy. This is the last time I go here. I tried calling to let them know, but they didn't answer the phone. Horrible customer service on all counts.

This place takes forever. I ordered the Fill up box then the lady said it will be ready In 15 minutes, so I waited outside in my car for about 45 minutes, so I went inside and said how much longer for my order and they said another 10 minutes so I went to the drive thru and they gave me my order then I went home and I look at my order and I see half of the fries missing the chicken was burnt, everything in this box was not fresh and the biscuits were stale DONāT WASTE YOUR TIME, DONāT WASTE YOUR MONEY Donāt come here. The worst experience ever.

Food was great but the workers seemed hurried and annoyed by patrons. The atmosphere was very off which made a great tasting meal a little less pleasant to eat.
