Crew on 10/29/25 around 6pm did an awesome job. Everything was hot and fresh yet coleslaw was still cold. Biscuits were pillow soft-my 2 year olds favorite part! They remembered to put the plates and utensils in my order bag too, most places forget! Definitely the best KFC I've ever had! Awesome job!

I was visiting from Canada to USA today. I went to nearby KFC with my family. I really don't like the taste of the chicken as it is not fresh and the oil used fry chicken are also not good. The staff at reception not even welcoming the people. Even children also don't want KFC chicken anymore.

Employee are rude, ignorant and slow. They close at 1:00 the lobby was locked at 9:30 with no posted time on the door. They don't want to answer the phone as I called multiple times and was hung up on without a single hello. These people are lazy. I will contact corporate.

Went through drive-thru ... 4 chicken strips w/cole slaw, 3pc chicken meal w/mac & cheese and 2 drinks $25 and change and it SUCKED!!! strips were tough like they had been sitting for a long time, did not give us any utensils.. how do you eat cole slaw and mac&cheese with no utensils?? YOU FAILED !!!!
KFC is not my preferred dining option, but choices were limited. The food was decent. Regrettably, the staff's attitude was unfriendly. I am unlikely to return to eat here again.
