Came here to grab something to eat while visiting the USA from Canada and the food is terrible. No flavour at all. They don’t have a big menu unlike in Canada where there’s a huge menu with so many different kinds of options. If you are coming here from Canada you’re better off crossing back over the border and getting KFC from Canada.

I can't tell you how many times I've showed up there at 9p.m when they close at 11p.m. for them to tell me that their fryers are down or have no chicken. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back here.

Terrible customer service .I had a manager yell at me to know the name my mobile order is under.I told her to calm down and she’s got even more upset. I ask for ketchup and plates; she then shuts the window and walks away standing in the back . I had asked her name ; she didn’t answer.Long story short; this store needs new management because this person claimed to manager for this kfc; in Niagara Falls New York .On top of all this my order was wrong. I would highly recommend not going to this location. Especially if you see the manager in the image.Attached is a picture of her.

Horrible KFC location. The employees are all rude they complain to your door dashers about you thinking we won’t here about it, they get upset over little things like sauce, and all around act like they don’t want to be there. Maybe find a different job?

I have never understood why anyone works in customer service when they are so introverted to the point of not liking people. This location is by far one of the cleanest and the upkeep. I only rate a location if I've been to it twice. Everyone has an off day. This location has been on point both times. Unfortunately, both times, the service was terrible. It's too bad because poor service flows over to the overall experience. It's fast food, not a 5 star....but it doesn't have to be that way. If even the slightest of effort was given, easily a 4 outta 5.!!!! If you're here for the short version !!!PROS:- Very clean restaurant- Food is on point each and every time- Fast serviceCONS:- Unfriendly- Don't make small talk, it will be for not.

I used to really like the food but I stated seeing messed up deformed chicken so I don't really like the chicken anymore. Great French fries, really all their sides are. Customer service is good, but always check for order correctness. Restaurant area usually clean unless it's a busy time.

We didn't have a terrible experience here. We went through the drive-thru about 9:30pm and ordered a family fill up box. It was a bit hard to hear the drive-thru speaker but it was fine. She asked us to pull around and about five minutes later a very nice man brought our food out to the car. The food was salty but it is KFC and expected. I will probably go back if it is still here in ten years when I'm likely to want that type of food again.

I ordered 8 piece family meal. Chicken was dried up and hard. Legs were the size of a wing leg. Coleslaw was very dry and gravy was stiff not fresh at all. Biscuit was hard. I get chicken usually about once or twice a month. Never had chicken this bad. Poor service ☹️☹️

Tried to order kfc tonight around 10.Went to order chicken tenders. Can’t they’re out. That’s okay. Asked what about a chicken sandwich. They’re also out of filets.We asked what they did have and they legit said “chicken”Over it. Not worth the time, money, or aggravation

You have to wait to be served. Finishing that blunt is more important Their paid to smoke weed with coworkers. Very strong smell of weed being smoked throughout restaurant. I am a smoker myself but in my place of employment around families with children isn't the time to enjoy cannabis.

They need to clean house, people are real bad workers. They walk around like they don't care about anything. They can't take orders right, the one thin female cook has a bad attitude. Food seems to be cooked worse. Owner better walk in and see what's going on. Place is turning into a joke.....

I have been waiting outside for 15 minutes. No one was even in line or in drive thru Now there are cars waiting and 3 people in line . Never coming back again. The girl was rude and to wait with no customers is ridiculous. Its still me, waiting when they finally came out no biscuits or coleslaw and spilled gravy. So I waited and finally I was upset went in and they told me they had to make the biscuits. Now I’m very upset and want my money back. The manager took another 10 minutes to come to the counter. I was talking upset, but he refused to give me my money back and the rest of my food. A door dash driver was there she said this is always like this day in and day out. She also said corporate doesn’t care. Alex was the manager. I’ve never been this upset with a business in my life. They act like it’s the customer fault. Alex shouldn’t be a manager because he doesn’t know how to work with customers that are upset. I never swore, yelled I was just upset. Bye bye never again.
