The place claims to close at midnight. But when I went there 9pm sharp the doors were locked. This was massively inconvenient as there was a big event planned around this place being open at around 9pm.

I will never again order from this location EVER AGAIN! I spent close to $80 for chicken that was barely cooked. When you picked up a piece of the chicken the oil dripped off of it. When you opened the chicken under the greasy skin it was like raw pasty stuffing. When I called to get a refund I was told they could not do that. I had to contact the delivery method I chose and they were only able to refund $16.67. Like I’m sorry a big difference in what I paid to what I was getting refunded!! Horrible service and worse customer service. Head office needs to start doing some major quality control checks on their establishments! Also check into the staff they have working there. This is a photo of the paste inside the chicken. Just beyond nasty!

Went for drive thru and ask for three dark meat chicken with fries no salt. What did i get one dark n two whites n fries not hot n with salt. Same orders as my daughter. So disappointed, plus the chickens are so small.

Went here just before 8 pm on Monday night. Wouldn't let us eat inside. Had to sit in our vehicle. 6/8 people working. Closed the dining room. The drive through is open til 10. Just plain laziness to me. Kinda rude when they are there for 2 more hours. The person who took our order didn't understand anything. And the bathroom smells like a sewer. Almost made me gag.

The food was burnt ! Buns were burnt on the inside , the chicken was way overcooked seemed like from reheating old food ? The food was dry and tasted burnt while the fries seemed undercooked ! There was no gravy on the poutine and I also ordered sauces and never received them. PS Not the restaurant’s fault but on top of food being awful it arrived cold. Overall bad experience, very disappointed.

KFC Lundys Lane opens at 11am but they rarely have chicken ready until you order. Thats cool to get"fresh to order" chicken but My lunch hour is 11-11:45am and I have to wait 25mins at 11:05am to get my order? The"supervisor" told me they had difficulty getting the correct fryer temp to cook the chicken but this has happened many times. They open at 11am they should have some chichen ready by 11am.There were 5 cars waiting out front on orders ?!? Never happened at any other KFC ....
There is KFC/Taco bell then there is thus dive.
