I visited the KFC on Lundy’s Lane in Niagara Falls today and had a very disappointing experience. The chicken tasted extremely off — it seemed old and had a rotten-like flavor. The quality was nowhere near what I expect from KFC. I couldn’t even finish my meal. Really unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this issue immediately. I won’t be returning unless things improve.

Absolute shit, wait over 10-20 min to order and receive food, even more sometimes, and workers have no respect , the manager needs to do a better job, it shouldn’t take this long for FAST food.

After I already sat in the Drive-Thru for over 10 minutes, I went to the window to find out in front of the car ahead of me what the reason for the wait was.
After asking the heavy set East Asian who Bailey spoke English at the window what the time was going to be, he said a few minutes. This took three attempts for 40 finally told me the truth. He said over 30 minutes. I am not going to sit there and wait behind another vehicle for 15 to $20 worth of fried chicken. KFC and other franchise restaurants are completely destroyed. This is all because different organizations and groups have zero interest in working in the industry, they just want to take advantage of a restaurant that is already established to make money. At least do your job correctly!

the food was very bad specially that zinger sandwich they put old patty and the manager was very rude his name was santhosh he has zero manners how to talk with customers. Line was not cleaned it was very messy. one girl passed that order she was also rude she was working on line i will never come back here

The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and took pride in her job. We ordered a 6 piece meal and it was delicious. We send a big thank you to the cooks as our chicken was perfect. It wasn’t full of grease dripping off or dried out it was juicy, tender and full of flavour. We stopped buying KFC in Woodstock because it’s so greasy and tastes awful so we thought we’d try it in NF to see if it was the same and to our pleasure and surprise it was better and perfect. Thank you to all staff in taking pride in what you do!! We’ll return on our next trip to NF

Go to the kfc that's two mins away on Dorchester. You'll be treated better there and they don't close the dining area ahead of the advertised time.
Waited to seated, wasn't busy. The waitress was very cordial and helpful. We didn't have to wait long for our dinner
