I normally enjoy going to any KFC's their never over crowded cuz of their super quick service. Although I have to disagree with this certain location.....never mind ur order usually has some kind of mix up but the customer service is just TERRIBLE!!...not once have I ever went there and had a smooth transaction. It's as bad as it gets. I'm unsure who trains or hires the workers, but I'm sure it's just another weak employee who was asked to take a " Managers" position even when the huge lack if training and punctuation is beyond close to proper standards....cuz no one even knows the basic menu!! I know it better I believe. ...i guess that's what happens when their all working without 1 caucasian who could possibly help them and clarify their weaknesses....but mainly allow customers to be reminded that their still at KFC.Vegetarian options: They have a plant base meal....its to bad their original one they use to sell wasn't still available because it honestly was THE BESTTTT!!!! ...bring it back KFC!!!Kid-friendliness: I guess u can bring ur children but highly doubt they'll enjoy it very much since its quiet with nothing exciting to do.Wheelchair accessibility: Besides parking its single doors to enter and not much room to sit in a wheelchair but I suppose it could work!

Online order pick-up drive-thru after 9 pm weekdayAvg staff service n foodChicken too greasy n salty. 1 pc was a really weird piece. All seemed mild foul smell.Asked for hot sauce n only got taco hot sauce for kfc food.
Received the wrong portion size and when I called in the customer service worker was rude and denied the size...after he checked he explained I can come get the proper size. When I went in I brought back some of the inedible pieces of chicken I requested a replacement and I was only offered a six piece instead of the twelve I ordered despite their quality guarantee, the worker looked annoyed and was short in his responses. The customer service was horrible and will be going to the other location in the future
