I was there on the 17 as you can see on the receipt and this is what i got refer to the picture and when i called the to try to rectify the problem the guy i was talking to told me i had to speak to the manager which at that time i was told that he wouldn’t be there until Monday the 20 of January so i called back on Monday and he said that he couldn’t help me due to the fact that i didnt have the chicken that was greasy and i am a regular there and i always order that same thing I absolutely will not return due to poor customer service and they don’t believe in the customer is always right he even hung up on me and that is not right either as long as they rectify tue problem i will return in the future but till then i wont return i will call head office to get the problem rectified

How hard is it to read and pack an order without forgetting food? Not the first time and I've had to go back... and the food is getting worse in quality. Expensive and not worth it

I had a very disappointing experience ordering a 16-piece bucket at 8:30 PM. It seems like a common issue that when closing time approaches, they claim the chicken is out of stock. If that's the case, why are they open to the public? We drove 15 minutes only to leave empty-handed. It feels like the employees are reluctant to cook even with 30 minutes left until closing.

This is not something we get very often It was so disappointing ! The chicken was absolutely disgusting. I had no idea what part of the chicken we were eating and the bucket had a ton of grease in the bottom. We will only be getting chicken from Church’s from on !!!
Worst service ever. The bucket had a pool of oil in the bottom. The pieces were not even identifiable as chicken. None of the pieces even looked like kfc. They were half covered in really thick clumpy flour. Waited over an hour for delivery that never came then went to pick up. All in all terrible
