Zero Customer Service - Don't go here. Went there to get some chicken and the counter the person there refused to take our order. He said that I had to go over to a kiosk in the dining room and take my own order. He was standing right in front of the order counter at a cash register, but refused to take my order or my money. He was going to stand there and watch me do his job. Incredible! I really have no sympathy for businesses that go under due to their lack of any customer service. The next thing I will be expected to do will be to clean tables or mop floors to get any food. Needless to say I left and spent my money at another restaurant. I won't ever spend money at a business that does this.

Honestly, that review sounds more like a comedy script than an actual experience. I’ve never waited anywhere close to an hour. My orders are consistently prepared fast — even during busy times — and always come out hot, fresh, and crispy. The chicken crunches, the fries are seasoned well, and the staff clearly works hard to keep things running smoothly.
Every visit I’ve had here has been professional and friendly. The team greets you, they double-check the order, and if there’s ever a small issue, they fix it right away without attitude.
I’ll keep coming back, because my real experience speaks louder than one overly theatrical review.

Best KFC in Niagara Falls. The staff always do their best to serve fresh food to every customer. Last week I was in the store, and honestly, most of the customers coming to this location seem to have no patience or common sense. Many of them expect their chicken to be ready in two minutes, as if it’s instant noodles, and some even act like they want a whole chicken as one piece. I guess some people do this just to try getting free food from KFC, similar to those old pizza ads saying “if it’s not delivered on time, it’s free.” When the food took a bit longer, a few customers actually asked for two extra pieces for free, as if KFC had started a “free food for waiting” service. I couldn’t stop laughing when all this happened right in front of me. However my food was fresh and excellent.

This was one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had. The food was barely warm, portions were small, and the coleslaw tasted off. The drink situation was just as bad the main dispenser served flat pop, the ice machine wasn’t working, and I had to ask staff just to get ice and a refill.
To make things worse, my drink had black particles floating in it, which is unacceptable and genuinely concerning. That alone should have resulted in an apology or replacement without question, but the staff were dismissive instead.
The kitchen was extremely loud, with music blasting from the back and staff on break using speakerphones at full volume, which made the dining area uncomfortable and unprofessional. The staff were speaking in Punjabi (which I am fluent in) talking about how they are fed up with people asking for drinks as we ate our slop that is a poor excuse of food. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed.
Between the cold food, contaminated drink, broken equipment, and lack of professionalism, I won’t be coming back. KFC seriously needs to step in and fix whatever is going on at this location.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever at KFC. If I could give zero stars, I would… actually, I’d give negative stars. I ordered some simple fried chicken — nothing fancy, not a gourmet five-course meal. But apparently, it takes KFC OVER AN HOUR to throw chicken into a bucket! I could’ve raised the chicken myself, sent it to culinary school, and taught it to fry itself in less time than this order took.
By the time my food arrived, it looked like it had lived through the apocalypse — soggy, sad, and colder than my patience. And don’t even get me started on the fries. They were basically potato-flavored rubber bands.
KFC, if you’re trying to become a comedy show, congrats — because this was a JOKE. Never again. I’ll get better fried chicken by sneezing on a raw drumstick and hoping for the best.

I went in there to order a meal, the woman took over 10 minutes to even address me even though the restaurant was empty, and then I left because I could not stand the smell of rotten mold anymore. Eating here is dangerous, reported to health department.

The restaurant smells like straight up vomit. The staff member said it's from the drink machine that's broken and leaking but there's no reason it should smell that badly and not be cleaned up. Disgusting doesn't make you want to eat food from here. Edit to add reading other reviews sounds like this issue has been going on for about a week? That's unacceptable from a restaurant I won't be going back and honestly debating calling the health inspector if they're not cleaning that up what else isn't clean?

I was at the Dorchester store in Niagara falls. My order took 20 minutes and they weren't really busy. I went in the store and the pop machine was leaking and water all over the floor. Lady beside me said it was there last week as well. With supper time they would have chicken ready. Don't think I will be back
I don't understand. I asked for a hot and spicy box meal. They said for hot and spicy they prepare on the spot and it would take 15-20 minutes. I said ok just the regular then, to which he replied that would be 15 minute. I don't really understand the fast food side of this. I just went to Swiss chalet this is also like 45 minutes after they opened, so if they don't have ready chicken now when would they. Anyway I just went to Swiss chalet. The wait is less

Stepped in the restaurant in almost threw up from the disgusting foul smell, like a combination of somebody defecated in there and then vomited after. Ordered an online delivery order was told to be ready for 5:45 waited till 6:15 to be safe and still had to wait when I got there from my order.
