SERVED RAW/EXTREMELY UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN SANDWICHES - Just went here for dinner with my wife and son…order two Big Crunch combos and a popcorn chicken go bucket. We were told that it would be 7-9 minutes for the sandwiches…we waited approximately that time and I took one bite into my sandwich to notice that the chicken was fully RAW…my wife looked at hers and it was the same. I WISH WE WOULD HAVE TAKEN A PICTURE, we were so disgusted and upset that we were just focused on getting our money back and getting out of there. The manager actually asked us if we wanted another sandwich after that. Absolutely delusional…do not eat here, the parking lot is always empty for a reason.

Worst bucket of chicken ever bought from KFC. Greasy and under cooked. Cost was exuberant for what you get, increase was $20.00 more than last purchase. Employee was more interested in phone call to friend than what was being cooked or customer service. We even tried to reheat 4 pieces in oven to remove excessive grease but never did remove it. The chicken is absolutely disgusting and uneatable. As seniors we don’t buy fast food but once a year this was a very expensive mistake that will never happen again. NO more fast foods from anywhere ever again. One and done. Sorry I did not take photos but I was totally disgusted with this whole ordeal. A very expensive mistake , lesson learnt.

I should’ve read the reviews before coming here. ??♀️ disgusting and they should be ashamed and shut down!This is a fake KFC, greasy , old oil tasting, one napkin giving, cold popcorn chicken (although had to wait) , terrible tasting seasoned fries - that nobody asked for ( al, salty nightmare.The only thing good here me leaving never to return. Would never even direct my worst enemy to eat here.Not sure what’s happening? KFC used to be good now whether it’s Toronto or Niagara just absolutely terrible

Just had the most disgusting bucket of chicken. It was burnt, dry, dark (old oil) and tasteless (what happened to the 11 herbs and spices). Hey why dont you change your oil a little more frequently. Next time it will be worth the drive to get Mary Browns which has much better chicken at similar price.

DISGUSTING 33.90 for 6 PC's, fries,and gravy. The pidgeons they are selling are discoloured and so thick with batter you can't distinguish a thigh from a wing. Will never eat their food for the rest of my life. It's not the chicken I grew up eating from Kentucky Fried
