like the slot machines but it's getting harder to win on them, would always go to the buffet but after the upgrade they raise the price way to high for what they offer, the old buffet offered way more and was a better value, very smoky

We had the worst experience staying at Seneca Niagara Falls. Service was extremely rude and ill mannered, they did not have basic decency to talk. Room was old and furniture was chipping off. Did not have dryer and basic tea/coffee. When asked for tea and coffee, they simply ignored our ask. Hotel has over pricey restaurants with no good food nor service.

Came here with friends on a Sunday night (all the other bars in the area are closed then). Good choice! We had great service at both bars we visited. One was in the Turtle Island area. Bartenders took very good care of us into the wee hours. Kudos.

Clean and close to everything if you want to leave it that is :) Very accommodating and the casino is a gem for this area. Great food and great environment to rewind and not too pricey at all!! Very surprised at the cost as we weee heading to a concert and decided to stay the night

The place calls itself an Italian restaurant …. Um. No, unfortunately, just some weak imitation. In addition, the consumability of the mussels served was questionable, so we sent them back. They were correct, that item was not charged. But the wine was delicious ?

Excellent place to stay, less than half mile to the Canadian Border. Room was nice and clean. Easy access to the parking garage. Beautiful area, walking distance to local restaurants, on both the American and Canadian side.

Nice size rooms and the beds were very comfortable. No room cleaning during our stay, but we were able to request extra towels. We had a view over the back and were able to see fireworks every night and the mist from the falls. The hotel is very large with lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Three Sisters Cafe twice and ordered from the regular menu once. Both were very good. Also enjoyed the buffet dinner at Full Plate Eatery. Huge selection of food offered. It was a short drive to Niagara State Park. Would definitely return to Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino.

I am currently standing in the lobby of the Seneca hotel. It is 8pm. I have been trying to check in since 4pm but they keep telling me the room is not ready. Unbelievable. They say that they are short of help.

I am not a big fan of Italian food, but the food here was amazing. I highly recommend the Caprese Chicken. Chicken was thick but so tender and juicy. Balsamic glaze was flavorful and the whole dish was a win. So glad we decided to make a reservation there. Service was also excellent. Host and server were very personable. Would definitely return!
Our evening started off with the host barely acknowledging our presence before showing us to our reserved table Our waitress at onset seemed friendly & cordial. A bit of a delay getting our initial water After taking our cocktail order the waitress brought 2 drinks to our party of 4 then maybe 10-15 min ltr brought the remaining 2! The order was not exactly right but we let it go & put in our entree order After waiting close to an hour & a half for our dinners !! We complained about the delay & she eventually brought out our dinners with a minimal apology. Our steaks were not exactly to what we ordered. And even though we were celebrating a Birthday & would have liked to get dessert we decided to call it a night. Would NOT recommend

The waitress was wonderful, always asking if I wanted something else, shen she could see that our food was not cooked properly. The cheese ravioli was not cooked well, very pasty and cooked too much...could have used a different sauce. The Italian |Wedding Soup was a tasteless broth with no spices at all. I do not plan to eat there any time soon, again

The room is extremely nice! Several restaurants to choose from. Our kids were under 21 but you could check with security and they would let you walk through the casino instead of having to walk around the resort. Our only complaint was our room was next to the elevator and you could hear it running through out the night. I loved how spacious the room and especially the bathroom was!! If we are ever back to the area we would stay here again.

We were seated at 7:15, our reservations were for 7:30. While our wait staff was prompt our food came out very slowly as we finally left the restaurant at 9:45 and ended up taking our dessert with us. There had to be an issue in the kitchen. The food was good. We had to leave to drive 2 hrs home. The noise level should have been quieter, but there were several large groups at the bigger tables and they were almost rowdy and not respecting the ambience of this nice restaurant. Too bad.

The filet mignonette we ordered was off and while restaurant offered another steak waitress was not attentive eg condiments not offered,...disappointing as we have been here on several occasions and service was impeccable- we were here Friday nite 5 pm
