We went to Prime Outlet in Niagara Falls on 12/2/2023. The food was absolutely disgusting, we waited over 15 minutes for our food, and when we asked about the wait the manager came and screamed at us and basically threw our food at us. When I asked her for her name she said she didn’t have to give it to me. The workers were laughing at us. Would not recommend them at all! HORRIBLE!!!
Whenever we are at the Niagara Falls outlet mall, we make an effort to est at your restaurant in the food court. The food is always great and the slices and salads are always fresh and delicious. Definitely worth the stop. Great job.
