I was worried about finding a gluten free meal in this mall, but was very pleasantly surprised to find that this place has lots of specific gluten free options. I had the boneless wings with hot honey sauce and they were honestly one of the best gluten things I’ve had in awhile. The portion was big and came with fries. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

All I wanted was a slice of pizza!! I patiently waited for my slice to get out the oven. Mouth watering and all and the girl rubbed her nose before she touched my pizza to adjust it in the box smh can u say mad!!!! Than the guy ( idk if he a manager ) gone say nobody touched you pizza like I lied. I politely told him I’m not making a scene just give me my money. Now the guy watching me eat my sub from Charley’s lol

We went to Prime Outlet in Niagara Falls on 12/2/2023. The food was absolutely disgusting, we waited over 15 minutes for our food, and when we asked about the wait the manager came and screamed at us and basically threw our food at us. Pizza is pretty good. Prices out of touch and not a very good value. Recently went from $5 a slice to $6+ a slice (I think it's almost $7 now). Buzzy's pizzeria on the Blvd does 3 slices AND a drink for $5! La Rosa's pizza is huge but when you can buy whole Digiorno pie for the same price as one slice at La Rosa, I'm not sure where the value comes in to play. Shame because pizza is pretty decent. Cannot recommend at their current price point. Highly recommend trying one of their specialty pizza slices, if they are available....
