Best place to get unique slices of pizza. Traditional pies are also fantastic. Service is fast and friendly. A little dated on the inside, but it is charming.

I spent all day trying to find a restaurant that sell chicken francais here in Niagara Falls,NY After working in an Italian restaurant for 17 years As a general manager, I’ve been craving this meal. When I googled it, this restaurant came up so I called and had my order delivered. It was so disappointing. I don’t know what this was that they gave me, but it definitely wasn’t chicken français. Chicken française is a meal where the chicken is lightly fried with egg batter and has lemon Buttersauce what I got was chicken breast with ham on top of it spinach and ricotta cheese and I don’t know what type of sauce, but it wasn’t lemon butter. It’s oil. The good thing that I got out of a meal was my salad. The balsamic vinegar is an amazing dressing that they have. I also ordered deep fried mushrooms, which were also very good. I was also very disappointed with the garlic bread that I ordered because for some reason, it has cheese on it while I would order the mushrooms from this place again and the salad absolutely I will never ever order this meal again. It was so disappointing. I didn’t even get to eat it. After not hearing back from the restaurant, I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. A man named Nick got on the phone with me and explained that they had taken chicken francais off their menu and that what was delivered to me was actually a chicken Florentine so to make it right he offered to replace my dinner and I accepted. He suggested I try their chicken Alfredo with chicken cutlet because I’m looking for an authentic Italian dinner. I had it delivered days later and it is amazing again. The salad is amazing. The chicken Alfredo with chicken cutlet is so amazing and I got the garlic bread without the cheese on it and it was exactly what I was looking for I will come back to this restaurant for sure and you should give it a try..

The girl at the counter was extremely rude. This is one of my favorite restaurants and the food is amazing, however the girl at the counter absolutely ruined it for me.

They literally have a cheese guy - he makes their cheese. This pizza is incredible. Top favorites are the ricotta/honey and the Sicilian style. All of them are great though. Their wings are also beyond great, but the pizza is definitely the highlight.

Just ordered online, Pizza and Wings with mild sauce on side payed $50.
Wings fried way to crispy with no seasoning on them and the sauce was missing. Had to make my own sauce.
The food was cold as well.
Very disappointed. Nobody has $50 to waste!
Tried to call, phone keeps hanging up. Not nice!

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The item I ordered was listed on the menu at a lower price, but I was charged $11.95. When I brought it up, the waitress just said, “That’s what’s in our computer system and I can’t knock it off.” If that’s true, the menus seriously need to be updated. I don’t think customers should have to pay more than what’s advertised.

I also requested mostly wings instead of a mix of wings and drumsticks, and was surprised with a $2 upcharge that was never mentioned. When I asked about it, all I got was “that’s how it is.” I would’ve liked a bit more of a heads-up but our waitress was really short about it.

I left feeling like my questions were brushed off instead of respectfully addressed. A little communication and professionalism would’ve made a huge difference. I don’t mind paying more if I know what I’m paying for, but no one likes feeling misled or dismissed.

Still one of the best places in WNY. Every time It’s just the way I placed my order. They do listen to the customer. I tend to like my take out on the drier side. Too much sauce can ruin good take out.
