I spent all day trying to find a restaurant that sell chicken francais here in Niagara Falls,NY After working in an Italian restaurant for 17 years As a general manager, I’ve been craving this meal. When I googled it, this restaurant came up so I called and had my order delivered. It was so disappointing. I don’t know what this was that they gave me, but it definitely wasn’t chicken français. Chicken française is a meal where the chicken is lightly fried with egg batter...
They literally have a cheese guy - he makes their cheese. This pizza is incredible. Top favorites are the ricotta/honey and the Sicilian style. All of them are great though. Their wings are also beyond great, but the pizza is definitely the highlight.
Still one of the best places in WNY. Every time It’s just the way I placed my order. They do listen to the customer. I tend to like my take out on the drier side. Too much sauce can ruin good take out.
