Little Caesars Pizza

First off, the guy running the cash was trying to overcharge me and was claiming it was due to the computer system. And it wasn't his fault. When I explained to him that it should be that expensive for the food , he said I would have to do it in two different transactions to get a lower price Then All of a sudden , the bill was ten dollars cheaper for the same products. .. He's either trying to scam me or he's not very good at his job. The crazy bread was extremely overcooked and dried out. And since it's a to go order by the time I noticed the food as Trash. , I was already at home. The quality of food at this location has gone down severely.And so has the quality of staff. This will be the last time I went go to this location.

I want to give a big shout-out to Pavan for providing excellent service, even though I took my frustration out on him after ordering a buy-one-get-one pizza on Uber Eats, for some reason, didn’t apply at checkout. When I went into the store and ordered another pizza, Pavan kindly gave me crazy breadsticks for the inconvenience and 3 cookies after I told him I have hungry kids waiting at home to eat. Thank you Pavan for your patience, understanding and outstanding service. Keep up the good work!

Horrible service charge 19.56 for a 12 pizza cold not hot and ready slices from different pizzas. Was told not to back oh I won't be coming back for sure!!!! Very rude staff, they don’t know how to speak politely with a customers. Bad experience.

The guy who works here was extremely rude and refused to give me the order because I didn’t have a thermal bag.

I understand that restaurants get reported when food arrives cold, and I respect that. But the way he spoke to me was unnecessary. He could have simply explained politely that he couldn’t hand over the order without a thermal bag.

It was my first day doing Uber deliveries, and no one informed me that a thermal bag was required. I genuinely thought it was just a regular bag, so I said I had one in my car. Later I realized they meant a thermal bag, which I didn’t have.

Please consider training your staff on how to speak respectfully to drivers. A simple polite explanation would have made a big difference.

The person working at front of the store has no sense to deal with costumers. He should talk a leave if he does not want to work. Otherwise they will loss there costumers.

Went in for lunch. Ordered a crazy bread- looks as if was made last week and reheated a few times. The replacement doesn’t look much better. Has gone downhill considerably, not like it used to be.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service was brutal, my wife and I wanted to use our gift certificates which were purchased through a 3rd party company. We were told they don't except them anymore. There is no expiration date and the address of this location is listed on the certificate. Both the workers spoke in their own language to each other and when I asked them to call the owner. When the employee was talking to he owner the same thing happened... How am I supposed to know what they said.

We have contacted the 3rd party company for compensation and will NOT be returning to this location.

This was the most terrible pizza and breadsticks we had, we came to this Little Caesars, thinking that it would be as good as it was, so we ordered two medium pizzas and a crazy combo, then, when we arrived home, the Pizzas Had almost NO cheese on it, and the breadsticks were incredibly stale and not soft, as well as skinny , and I still remember how large they were before and how much better quality they were. So in conclusion, I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!!

Pizza very dry, barely any sauce or toppings including cheese. Terrible. Tried the new pretzel pizza too, again dry, try adding enough cheese sauce. Total waste of money.
