I picked up my order within 4 minutes, but the pizza from the food warmer didn’t taste fresh.The chicken wings were also disappointing the BBQ sauce was watery and had no flavour. I expected better quality!

Ordered a hot and ready called to plave my order over the phone and than I asked for a fresh pizza.. when I got there within five minutes, I watched them take a pizza out of the hot and ready warmer and put it in the oven. When I asked for it to be fresh’, I did call the store to complain and the manager just yelled at me. Very unprofessional, if I didn’t want a ‘fresh’ pizza I wouldn’t have wasted my breath. Don’t order here unless you want a stale pizza that’s been sitting there forever then lie to to the costumer about it being ‘freshly made’

I bought a medium stuffed hula Hawaiian and they Charged 4 dollars $22.59 more than the others locations I have bought one a day before in Lundy's location and another one week before in st Catherine for $19.75 same Pizza the attendant in this location said the increase in their establishment is because they are close to the Falls

Preordered at 4pm for 6pm pick up on Super Bowl Sunday. The pizza came out of the oven at 5:29 for some reason and then they gave our order away at 5:31 to someone else. No apologizes or compensation for their mistake.
