ordered at the kiosk and waited around 35 minutes for my order, which was honestly expected. the staff was very rude and socializing with each other more than giving us our orders. both of my drinks were forgotten and i had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to get to me. one of the worst customer service experiences ever.

Worst mcdonalds I ever ate again and again I keep trying to eat from there but I keep being disappointed. Update they still suck at this location. I ordered 2 fries , cheeseburger and happy meal to get dropped off at my house , the driver had to wait 15 minutes for our food to be made after they got to the restaurant. I hate not having another McDonald's near me.

I used doordash and ordered from the Pine Avenue location in Niagara Falls NY. Normally all you from people are complaints, today I am writing to say how happy I was with my order! The order came quickly and it was hot and delish right down to the coffee!! Even my doordasher was pleasant!! 5 stars from this satisfied customer ♥️
