Worst mcdonalds I ever ate again and again I keep trying to eat from there but I keep being disappointed. Update they still suck at this location. I ordered 2 fries , cheeseburger and happy meal to get dropped off at my house , the driver had to wait 15 minutes for our food to be made after they got to the restaurant. I hate not having another McDonald's near me.

I used doordash and ordered from the Pine Avenue location in Niagara Falls NY. Normally all you from people are complaints, today I am writing to say how happy I was with my order! The order came quickly and it was hot and delish right down to the coffee!! Even my doordasher was pleasant!! 5 stars from this satisfied customer ♥️
Very good McDonald's in a slightly dodgy area. We were there February 26th at 3:00 p.m. Excellent service by the young lad at the counter! Very friendly and professional, got us our order quickly, cleaned up when there were no customers. Food was fresh, tasty, and hot. Shakes were outstanding! Neighbourhood has a few vagrants, but they weren't bothering us. We would use this location again.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve been to by a long shot. It wasn’t busy and it took an hour to get my food through the drive through. I had to go inside to get my food because the person at the window lied to when they told me all they were waiting for was fries and to go around and wait.
By the time I got my food 6 other people who had ordered at the drive through were inside waiting for their food.
The staff was unprofessional and almost got into a fist fight with one of the customers who was waiting
Food wasn’t good fraies was cold and soggy not fresh I had fish fillet it was also not fresh it was cold

Homeless people asking you to buy food for them Manager didn't even stop the transaction or throw the person out or call the police felt threatened won't go to McDonald in USA again .
