$30 for 2 big mac meals with LG fries. Absolutely ridiculous. Big macs are so small now I wouldn't even call it a kids burger. Mc Donald's you have lost me as a customer forever. You keep raising pri es and making everything smaller. Completely disgusting for all your customers. So after 50 yrs as a customer im sorry but im done. Good bye .

This has to be the worst customer service of any McDonald’s. I get coffee at least twice a day from McDonald’s. I have been in Niagara for two weeks for business and now for personal and the manager working in the morning has to be the most unfriendly, ignorant worker I have ever seen. They missed a hash brown in my to go order. I was scowled at when I mentioned it and it was thrown in the bag and just walked away with no apology. I return to my hotel next door to see I got 2 knives instead of a knife and fork for my child’s meal, no butter and no condiments which they charge (60 cents per pouch of mayo) for to again get a dirty look and say “is there anything else I can get you?” By this point I am just annoyed at the lack of customer service shown here. Didn’t even bother coming back for a straw for my 5 year olds Apple juice as I didn’t want to get the dirty looks and scowls again! This woman needs a trip back to hamburger U or maybe even a trip to just elementary school to learn how to talk to people. Multiple times over my 2 weeks here have I seen her be rude to people.

Was giving no napkins in my to go bag and they are still advertising monopoly when they have none left.
I ordered from Uber Eats a bacon and egg McMuffin meal with extra bacon. My photo.. is what came 🤦♀️ so basically I paid $20 something bucks for fries, coffee, and some bacon to eat 👍🤦♀️ jeeze louise. The worst thing about fast food is, if your not looking at the order before you put it out.. that's too fast, because now your not reading the order. I contacted Uber Eats and got a $2 refund on my account when this McMuffin cost me $7 something. So disappointed. So beyond disappointed.

This restaurant is the worst location to buy McFlurry's, shakes, or anything ice cream related really. We have returned items so many times to be filled fully yet it happens so much we started going elsewhere but made the mistake of going again today and unfortunately my family member didn't check this time. They never offer a resolution or have sought to fix this but every single time they fill things half way but you pay full price. It's ridiculous. It needs to stop. People want to get what they paid for and this location needs to straighten up. It wouldn't be so bad if it was only 1 but literally all 6 of ours looked like the pic. Ridiculous. So mad.
I do not know why I am not more careful on my order location selection. Had to update this to show what my large pumpkin latte looks like!!! I swear this locationIhas something against filling things up!
