Homeless people sleeping everywhere. Dirty everything. Manager and crew were not nice at all. Didn’t get my coffee replaced “wasn’t their problem” even tho I was extremely polite and WORK at another McDonald’s.

The staff at this location were awesome! It's a tough location too, 1 man asleep at his table. 1man selling drugs and a crackhead lady screaming...the staff were fantastic, handled everything quietly and tactfully, was really impressed with them. I was at the Thorold location this morning and it was a horrible experience!

It is your regular fast food restaurant. Friendly staff and good service. The washroom was clean. They also have drive through. There is plenty of parking.

Very poor customer experience. They would not accept my coupon on my McDonald's app after I told the manager it was not working at the self check out. They also got my order wrong and at first the manager tried to tell me that I ordered incorrectly. I won't go to McDonald's again.

Breakfast and happy meal for our kid was good, but we tried their coffee twice and both the time it was watered down and burnt. Second time we barely took a sip. It was horrible.

This restaurant is the worst location to buy McFlurry's, shakes, or anything ice cream related really. We have returned items so many times to be filled fully yet it happens so much we started going elsewhere but made the mistake of going again today and unfortunately my family member didn't check this time. They never offer a resolution or have sought to fix this but every single time they fill things half way but you pay full price. It's ridiculous. It needs to stop. People want to get what they paid for and this location needs to straighten up. It wouldn't be so bad if it was only 1 but literally all 6 of ours looked like the pic. Ridiculous. So mad.

I have a question to Simran. Have you become a queen or something working at McDonald’s?
Why becoming so rude to delivery drivers??? Why that much attitude???? Did any driver stole something of yours ??? First you give wrong order to a driver and when he comes back you behave like it was his mistake. Whyyy????? Even the owner would say sorry and what are you ? something more than owner?? There were 4 drivers standing at the place and she was rude to each one of them. “ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਬੁੱਧੀ ਬਖਸ਼ੇ”

Went through the drive thru,
Placed the order,
Pulled around to the window to pay no.one there,pulled up to the take up window the employee told us to drive around again to the second window, I can understand you followed the car ahead of you,my friend and I told her there was no one there ,she threw her arms up and nothing to say,
She basically insulted us .
This was December 13 just before midnight

Don't go there for the grinch meal.If you want the box for the adult one or the pickle
shake thing for the fries didn't come with that. Came in a bag. Why advertised for the freaking thing? If it doesn't come with anything. Should of just said here's your big Mac meal. Thanks for spending the extra money. This place is a joke!!!!!!
