The staff at this location were awesome! It's a tough location too, 1 man asleep at his table. 1man selling drugs and a crackhead lady screaming...the staff were fantastic, handled everything quietly and tactfully, was really impressed with them. I was at the Thorold location this morning and it was a horrible experience!
Associate who delivered our order delivered 1 box of donuts instead of 2 boxes - simply stealing , ? no apologies, not even from the manager. Keeping 8 people waiting for 20 minutes to answer the question. Unprofessional attitudes from both the associated and the manager.

A few good staff left!
Not a good mcdonalds for indoor dining and never has been. Many ingredients get left off of regular burgers, and you can forget about any customization. Wraps don't come wrapped, and large fries are half full.
