I came here through the drive through after spending a week in the St. Catharines paediatric ward after my daughter was admitted with influenza, I barely ate, when we were discharged I stopped at my uncle so he could check my van then went through the drive through to grab a coffee and a plain sausage McMuffin, no egg or cheese, my card kept declining and I apologize, about to leave sort of sad because I was so hungry, they paid for it and just gave it to me…I think that was the nicest thing anyone has don’t for me in a very long time and I truly couldn’t be more thankful. They really lifted me up when my spirits were down…thank you so much to thorold stone road, you feed a tired, stressed out and hungry mama

After order was placed using the self serving kiosk at McDonalds on Thorold Stone rd, Niagara Falls, Canada they told us to wait for the order while still inside. We finally got the order 13 minutes later and I checked the order right away in my car to notice 1 Big Mac was missing and all the other Big Macs were to some extent cooled down as the fries were hot. It seems the Big Macs must of been waiting in the bag for certain amount of minutes before the fries were placed in since the fries were hot and the Big Macs got cooled down when Mcdonalds are suppose put everything into the bag at the same time. We had to go back in to get the missing Big Mac and we should of also asked to replace the cooled down Big Macs. Managers should always know which exact employee(s) prepare the orders to inform them if or when they make a Mc'mistake.

I was in drive thru 20 min ago. When I got back to work I tried putting my straw in the cup but the straw would not go in. I took the lid off and the cup is filled to the brim with ice! I tried calling immediately and they didn't answer so I tried again multiple times and they took there phone off the hook. I'm contacting head office. You should not have your phones off the hook purposely

I ordered apple pies got them hard and lukewarm can tell that they are well passed whatever time they should’ve been served at and I needed to repeat myself at the speaker multiple times for them to understand

This McDonalds I am finding is getting to be bad. I don't think they get orders right. Ordered a new Celly Sundae and just got a regular sundae. Have other orders wrong where I had to go back. Going to start going to other locations.

Have had multiple orders either incorrect or missing items. Last order was missing a whole sandwich, went back to ask for it and was told they refuse give me the sandwich they missed because they had given it to me, even though I never received. Highly recommend going to another location or restaurant

Absolutely horrendous service. Not only have orders been messed up numerous times (which happens, there are human errors) but the utter lack of willingness to correct mistakes and missing items is atrocious. Go to any McDonald’s that isn’t this one.
