After order was placed using the self serving kiosk at McDonalds on Thorold Stone rd, Niagara Falls, Canada they told us to wait for the order while still inside. We finally got the order 13 minutes later and I checked the order right away in my car to notice 1 Big Mac was missing and all the other Big Macs were to some extent cooled down as the fries were hot. Getting sick and tired of getting parked with no vehicles in line behind me just to keep the employees times per order low.

Already stopped going to Tim Hortons in this plaza cause of this, and I’m not the only one that gets frustrated over this.

I questioned this and they have no problem saying it’s cause they’re timed.
