This is one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. This place probably needs a complete overhaul. The whole place seems extremely disorganized. Plan on waiting 20-30 minutes or more for a single order. They definitely prioritize the drive thru so if you are placing an order in restaurant you will be waiting, and waiting, and waiting. This was on multiple locations. I waited about 20 minutes for an apple pie. I have been to other locations, and I haven't had issues like at this one. It would be faster for me to drive to another location and get my food then drive home then it would be for me to wait for food here. Something here needs to give.
I never seem to get the full order. I have to go and ask for sauce or missing drink.

Dirty and slow! They only care about drive thru. Literally waited 25 minutes in restaurant for 2 egg McMuffin and a McGriddle. They sent the wrong food twice. Gross floors are so slippery and dirty it’s like eating in a public bathroom.

This is the most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten. Three times I’ve eaten here twice in the last week and it tastes like vomit. I couldn’t finish my food, the fries are cold, the burgers are cold the breakfast steak sandwich doesn’t even fill the bun half way , the burgers litterally taste like vomit as well as the steak bagel . Save your money I am calling the health dept. I’ll be returning this disgusting mess o thought maybe breakfast would be better.

Fries are under cooked, asked for Mac sauce on my burgers never got it
Went here to grab food for me and my friends. Ordered for 3 people. 1 Double Quarter w/cheese and 2 Big Mac meals. Took forever to order. When I got the order, I didn't check it, my bad, but when I did, holy crap. There were half filled boxes of fries, and the burgers were a complete mess, as if they were just thrown together. They should take better care of what and how they handle orders. Probably won't go back to this location if ever in the area again.

Since they have made it family style dining and raised the prices its not a great value and the staff has less interaction needs to realize that McDonald's used to be good food cheap 😉

Could be the location and how busy it is here but the wait times for food are way too long and the service is not great. Employees seem inconvenienced to have to help you. Last time I visited it took 45 minutes to get my order. Food quality is on par with every other McDonalds I have been to.
