The portions were kinda lite compared to others, but the staff was very nice and friendly. My family did enjoy their meal.
Friendly staffs and they helped to choose the best option for the burrito. Chicken portion was less but the taste was good. Plenty of sauces to choose. So many tables were available inside and outside for dining. Not enough parking space available. Have some street parking available.
Way to expensive
You don’t close down mobile orders four hours before you close ridiculous ur food isn’t even fresh so what are you so stressed about making??
I placed an order ahead of time through the Moes App that gave me a pickup time of 6:22 PM. I waited until a little after 6:30 PM when the one person staffed in the entire restaurant informed me that they were out of food. He’d need at least an additional 25-30 minutes to cook it. He apologized as the morning person apparently left him in a bad spot without any food prepared. I said that I understand, but I can’t & don’t want to wait that long for counter service. I asked him to please cancel my order, which he was unable to do.
He called his manager multiple times, walked outside to discuss with them, and did everything to try to get someone to help. At 7 PM, approximately 40 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready, they were still unable to issue a refund. They now wanted me to hand over my credit card, so they could read the numbers aloud to whoever they had on their cell phone. That does not seem reasonable or safe in 2025. They have all my information in their computer system.
I have never been at a more unprofessional, unorganized, understaffed, and utterly incompetent restaurant in my life. How do you have a counter service restaurant with no food and no manager or team lead on staff? The guy working was pleasant, but had no ability to actually assist outside of making food.
In the meantime, I’ve called my credit card company to dispute the changes as I never received any food. My recommendation is don’t go to this location. Aside from my issue, they had to cancel multiple orders where food delivery drivers were coming in to pickup food that wasn’t ready.
The worst Moe's I have ever visited. The food looked like it had been sitting for days. Food prep area was not clean. Fajita veggies were burnt. Guacamole was brown.
On a weekday just after noon hours nobody in the restaurant and the only girl in the kitchen did not hear us after calling out Hello/Excuse Me. The she was totally uninterested in serving us. The rice and veggies were completely dried out and she was scraping the container to put them on our burritos and bowls. I had to ask her to please get a fresh batch. She wasn’t pleased that we told her the same for grilled veggies as well. The veggies were just not enough for four and they were completely dried out. Then she added any salsa’s - none in the burritos, bowl and quesadilla. She asked us to take it from the counter meant for chips! None of the burritos tasted any good. The only vegan/vegetarian protein option Adobo Tofu had no flavour. It just felt as if there was no seasonings or spices added to it. Close to $60 for the for the four of us. Totally not worth it. Save your business for someone who really wants your business and cares for the food served. So disappointed

Tourists avoid this place at all costs. The owner runs this place by shorting customers of food portions. You will be lucky to get enough food for a kid even when you order a regular meal. Literally quarter scoops of proteins and rice, beans and veggies. 2 employees complaining they are over worked and underpaid. Management/owner does not want to hire any help and wants to cut on the portion size. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
