In a convenient location steps from the river we had a delicious and filling late breakfast with eggs, bacon, Colleen’s cinnamon pancakes and hubby had the breakfast special with everything. Hold the syrup! Not necessary with all the sweetness and flavors of these yummy pancakes.

We’re from New Jersey — these are the best pancakes we’ve ever had! The place is nice and peaceful, the waitresses are very friendly, and they gave us great recommendations. The food was delicious. We’ll be back tomorrow!

Please do yourself a favor and plan having breakfast at this location during your visit to Niagara Falls. The pancakes are to die for!! They are just delicious. Just pair them with eggs of your preference and bacon or else and have an awesome breakfast here. The service is very friendly and I personally enjoyed very much the authentic north New York atmosphere. It might get busy and the place is not large, so plan accordingly.

Everything was simply great! I had Colleens Pancakes, and my S.O. had the Steakanator omelet with hashbrowns, which was the daily special.
