I went there with a friend that said it had good food and I wanted a new place to try. We never got to experience the delicacies. First as we entered, we were instructed not too politely that we needed to sign in and wait. HMMMMM....there were more than half of tables with no one sitting at them. I asked if we needed a reservation....haha....not the kind of place in looks or atmosphere for reservations. I was hesitant to do as requested, but for the sake of my friend, I agreed half-heartedly. Then told we needed to return to our vehicle and wait...having give a disc to be buzzed for our turn. Truly the oddest place ever. We begrudgingly returned to the car and chatted for like 20 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE. I never waitvlike that unlessnim at an upperclass type restaurant where we sit at the bar area while waiting for our table or have a drink while waiting. I had my friend return the precious BUZZER.disc and we left. After that fiasco, I expect they would've had less than acceptable food and horrific prices. Won't go there again.

Stopped in at a very early 7:15 (for me) time only to find the parking lot almost full. Was greeted by a friendly and cheerful waitress, Yvonne, and sat at the counter, rather than take up table space. I ordered Eggs Benedict and was not disappointed! Lightly poached, nestled on a crispy English muffin, along with delicious Canadian Bacon and a creamy, lemony sauce. I chose the side of home fries,that were made fresh, (not frozen) tender, yet grilled well. And the coffee!!! Was smooth and flavorful, just as l like it. Will definitely return and anxious to explore this friendly, homey diner again soon!

One thing I definitely liked is that if you go for breakfast on a Sunday....... EVERYONE and I do mean everyone is decked out head to feet even with Buffalo Bills attire!? ? #BillsMafia❤️ ?

We found this place on TripAdvisor and decided to give it a try - when we first got there, we were a bit unsure, but OMG - what a great place! The food was so good, the prices reasonable, the portions large and the service was amazing. I had the "Colleen's French Toast" which was like French Toast and Cinnamon Toast rolled into one delightfully delicious meal. My husband had the Eggs Benedict and said it was probably the best he has ever had. I just wish we lived closer and could be "regulars" If we ever come back to the falls, we will definitely be returning to Nelsons! Just a note - when we went, they were cash only and did not have an ATM - so keep that in mind when you visit.

Food was good however the waitresses were rather put off. I was told that we have to wait outside for the rest of our party before they would seat us. I thought that was rather unusual to say the least.
