I just recently there my wife and I were there for her birthday and we were actually the only ones in the entire restaurant the food was very good as well as the service I would definitely return

This steak house is a embarrassment the burgers are processed and cheese use frozen fries there cheese sauce for the Mac n cheese is very runny the mash potatoes red potatoes that come in a bag the bottom of the bottom Shirley temple no came with no of so pop and grenadine sugar plus more sugar

I can see why there are pretty much no more Outback Steakhouses in Ontario anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if this one last much longer.
Food Tasted ok. Ordered the Shrimp on the Barbie as an Appetizer and the Outback Special. Well when I order and App i expect to eat my app then get my main. NOPE. App and Main come out at the same time....OK. My steak was BLUE and I Ordered it Med Rare. Tried getting the attention of the server, and this is what really annoyed me. All she cared about was talking to the couple at the Bar. Giving them all the attention in the world. Talking about a reality show, making comments about how the equipment behind the bar (POS System) wasnt working and nothing hasnt been done about it, bragging that her mom was the manager, just not caring about others in the restaurant. She finally comes over to me after i tried for a few minutes to get her attention to get my steak done the way i like. Took it back to the kitchen, but it came to closer to my liking. I just ate the meal, paid the bill and left. I was disgusted with her service and attention to detail.
The establishment needs some work. Light bulbs burnt out in the gentleman bathroom.
WILL NOT BE BACK.

When we entered the restaurant there was nobody at the hostess stand. When someone finally came she seemed underwhelmed to seat us. The resturant was filthy. Sticky floors and tables, dust, no locks on the bathroom doors and very dirty washrooms. Our waitress spoke so softly we couldn't hear her. Despite there being very few people our drinks and food took forever. When it did come the mashed potatoes were lumpy, the brocoli was cold and our steaks were dry. With tip our bill was almost $200 for 2 people. I rarely leave reviews but I thought this may save someone else a terrible experience.

Absolutely the worst possible steak we have ever had! This was the worst cut and quality of beef I have ever tried. Not cooked to what was ordered, even after returning the steak, it was still bad. Service was horrible, not apologetic at all.
DO NOT GO HERE, EVEN IF ITS FREE.

First time going to a restaurant and getting ribs cold, taste was Ok ( i ate half of it because i was starving).....table was sticky we had to ask for it to be wiped, and the glass of wine my wife got we had to ask for it to be changed as the glass was Dirty and had particles in the wine

Food was below par. Steak overcooked. Fries was too salty. Service was ok. Utensil was dirty. Visible dust and spider webs. Locks on the doors in the washroom were all broken... There was a NFDF being charged on by Bill. At first I thought it's a tax or something (I'm not a local) and later found out it's just a random fee added on by the restaurant. I can't believe restaurants are allowed to do that without being upfront with the customers. I was in originally excited to see an Outback restaurant in Niagara Falls as other locations in Canada were all closed... Not I wish I had never saw this restaurant today 😔

Atmosphere dull 😑 Food most importantly, 🤢 I found a hair in my salad. It was removed from the bill and I was given a glass of wine on the house. We had a couple apps( Calamari & Bloomin fried shrimp...Calamari was bland and shrimp was ok) Needless to say we weer sadly disappointed and won't be returning unfortunately.

I ordered steak and baked potatoes… The steak was just full of flavor… Cooked to my perfection… Delivered quickly and the service was very friendly and fast… We went on a Tuesday night after 7 o’clock and the place was pretty empty… Allowing the waiter to spend more time with us… Really enjoyed it… Will come again

Great place to grab some food. Walked in and grabbed a table without wait. It was a late lunch around 3:30 so probably missed the rush but lots of other places in the area were slammed.
The waitress was friendly and quick to bring us our drinks and made recommendations for drinks that were very tasty.
Steak was perfectly cooked and the mashed potatoes were rustic style just the way I like them. Overall I’d go back whenever I visit the falls.
