Was great until I noticed an additional fee on my bill because I was a tourist? Definitely regret leaving a tip, want to charge me extra fees just because of the area? Greedy beyond belief will not be supporting any of these Business that charge a ridiculous fee just because I’m not from the area. Shame on you. Food is ridiculously overpriced for what you get to. Dinner plates are $60+ compared to similar restaurants for half the price.

Erin was truly outstanding. Service was beyond amazing. The food was just as we remembered from 5 years prior. This is now our go to when in Niagara Falls.

The server was great. My nephew had a broken jaw. And the server asked the kitchen to puree his soup, so he could eat with us.
Our food was horrible. The baked potato and steak had no seasoning. Mind you, I have eaten at different Outback's around the world and I have always stated how much I like eating here. But this restaurant did not hold up to the standards.
I was truly disappointed eating here.
We met other people who ate there that night and were disappointed with the food as well.

Omg the food was terrible we ordered two medium well steaks and received two medium rare steaks, the veggies are frozen, the bake potatoes was disgusting and the gravy too salty. it was my birthday so disappointing.

TRULY PET FRIENDLY even inside!
It was a quiet winter night in Niagara, me and my family just wanted to see the frozen Niagara falls.
When I mean family, that includes our cat. After seeing it, we decided to look for restaurants that are "pet friendly" but apparently these restaurants are just pet friendly during summer which is really a bummer.
Out of options, we told ourselves to give it one last try as we saw Outback Steakhouse in the side of the street, we called and Tony answered the phone. We never expected that they will take us in, even confirmed that our cat is not a service animal. Still he insisted that they accept pets.
We came in, they never expected our cat was in a stroller. Ordered food, which are truly amazing. (No photos though) but all in all just to have my cat not froze outside and be able to dine in with us is a worth of 5 stars service.
Complementing all the staff, we didn't get your names. But really great service!
Thank you Outback Steakhouse! I know where to go when I bring my cat out of a stroll in Niagara Falls and crave steak at the same time.

We had lunch at this restaurant, and unfortunately it was a bad experience. I’ve asked for lemon water and the server gave me a used lemon with red marks on both sides.
We ordered burgers, but they didn’t taste good at all. The full back ribs were a joke- very small portions for $50. To make matters worse, when we checked the bill, we noticed they charged us tax even though there’s currently a tax break for restaurants.
I asked around nearby restaurants, they didn’t charge tax. To top it off; they added an automatic 18%tip.. felt like cash grab. Overall, a greedy and frustrating experience. We won’t be returning.

Looks like a big scam. Beware of this place, the food is degelace and the price is extremely expensive, no relation.

It's ok. Friendly staff. Full rack of ribs was overpriced and way too small. Kids burger tasted like a convenience store one. Kookaburra wings were good though.

Dinner for two on a Saturday night, and the place was deserted. Now we know why. The service was slow and inept. He messed up my drink and took forever to replace it - the excuse was that they were out of glasses and needed to dry one for me. There were no patrons, how are they out of glasses? The replacement came - served warm with no ice. The appetizer was delivered and two minutes later another server brought our entrees. Didn’t even get to eat the bloomin’ onion! He ordered me the wrong side - broccoli, ick! And after the entrees were served, we finally got the bread which is supposed to arrive first. We were told no one was bothering to put bread into the bread oven. The meal was a mess; thankfully the steak was delicious. Restrooms were disgusting! Paper everywhere. Broken locks. And burnt out lights. Hopefully it’s not an indication of the state of the kitchen, but I wouldn’t be surprised. Even though they agreed to comp the appetizer, we willl not be coming back. Ever.

Don't do what we did...
We saw the poor reviews and thought, "Angry people leave more reviews than happy ones, the service can't be that bad". Don't get me wrong, it's not that the food is bad, honestly it's fine, the service is just terrible! It was not busy at all and took over 15 minutes to take our order and another 10 minutes for them to notice we were done. In fact I'm pretty sure that some other tables just got up and left when they weren't attended too.
Between the host having to be told to get off his phone and greet customers to one young woman who just seemed to walk around holding napkins (ignoring us as she'd go by), only Megan seemed competent. She couldn't have the whole place on her shoulders though and she was the only one who was actually working.
Don't do what we did, if you want what they're offering there are other restaurants of similar quality and price that have better service.
