We order a bowl of cream chicken with wild rice soup, we receive a cup of chicken noodle. We took it back up and they made it right. When we brought it back to the table we then noticed that the Mac & cheese was a cup size and not the bowl size again we took it back up the girl said oh you want more I said no I want what I paid for so she said well what did you pay for I said a bowl and received a cup size she then said can you show me your bill I gave it to her and she said oh gave me a bowl. Then while eating we read on the bill that says if we don't get it right that they will fix it and will be given a free treat they made 2 mistakes and said we could only have 1 treat as it was on the same bill. So because of the mistake and the back and forth we didn't get to eat lunch together we ate first one then the other. So much for having a nice lunch together. Not a wonderful lunch but I will say the food was good service not so much.

This place has gone downhill recently a lot.
We don't go here all that often anymore, maybe once every couple of months, but all of our recent visits have been the same. Store is very dirty inside all the time, by half way through the day more than half of the baked good are gone or sold out, and the food simply isn't that good for what you are paying.
Its not just here, we visited a Panera when visiting relatives in Florida last year and the same thing.
It used to be a place to go and relax an in a comfortable atmosphere, but this location, and the chain in general, needs to start by keeping yoru stores from being so terribly dirty.

First time dining. Got home to find missing one sandwich and one soup was chicken noodle instead of potato. Receipt says accuracy matters, I disagree.

The employees are so rude and mean. They are not good employees. Very disrespectful employees.
I enjoy the food at Panera but the customer service is deplorable. They treat customers with such a dismissive attitude and won't respond to certain customers at all. I'm a member and a frequent customer but not anymore.

I just went to get a combination that I always order and today the cashier wanted to charge me $6 more than the price. I asked her why the price went up and her response was rude. I will definitely not be going back to this Panera and I will take care of it. All the others around me will not either.

Was very disappointed today. Ordered my favorite French Dip sandwich, (which I hope they keep as a regular item), but instead of being served on a baguette, it was served on rye bread. I like rye bread, but the sandwich was wayyy too mushy to dip in the ajuaus. The amount of meat was better, but not happy about the lack of the baguette as that's the whole point of of the sandwich. Unless they change, won't be back

This Panera never has anything. It does not matter what day of the week and/or time of day you go. This location is out of 75% of their items. My family and I love Panera. It’s just sad that we have to drive almost 30 minutes to have it.

I order from this location 4 to 5 times a week if not more and I'm so sick of it. If I had the option to change locations I would. I am addicted to one sandwich and soup combo with a smoothie and you would think it's impossible to screw it up, since I order it the same way every time, but alas almost every visit/delivery has a problem. This stuff is EXPENSIVE to mess up. Constantly charging me for extra cheese and not putting it on. Forgetting requested extra tomatoes and extra sauce. I get half filled bowls of soup, or if it is filled properly there will be 3 noodles and 1 piece of chicken in the bowl. I can't count how many times my baguette is forgotten. My smoothie. Like today. I used to call every single time they messed up my order but then I started being treated with an attitude as if it's my fault the food isn't made right and they forgot to make a smoothie. I'm still waiting on a $17 refund that never came. Today my smoothie and mountain dew were forgotten so I called and the addle-brained supervisor/manager, whatever she is, that barely knows where she is let alone what she's doing admitted they didn't make them and I got a refund (will it come? Who knows) but no offer of a smoothie on the house for THEIR mistake, nothing. You'd think since it happens so often but no. I'm about done wasting my hard earned money on this half ass run location. Time to check out a new place.
