Delicious Pizza & Excellent Service – A Must-Visit!

Stopped by Papa John’s on a Monday night and had a fantastic experience! The customer service was outstanding—the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We ordered a vegetarian pizza, and it was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. Honestly, it was better than some high-end pizza places we’ve tried!

The location is perfect, right beside our motel, making it super convenient. Plus, they’re open late, which was great for us. A large pizza for just $16 is an absolute steal! I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I visit Niagara Falls. Highly recommended!

Free dipping sauce!

I order pizza with Philly steak but I only received cheese. When I called they said they runned out of steak.

I was charged 13% "food tax"!
And ot ends tomorrow. I have the receipt to prove it i just can't upload to this post, I ask the employee, and they said it was over, so maybe they were always getting the the tax

Got a free sauce

Worst pizza ever from the Papa John’s. Brought 2 pizza for my daughter since she is very picky and only likes Papa John’s Pizza. But the Pizza which we brought way very bad it was hard like rock even when we ate with in 5 mins. Never saw that coming . Main thing is the management. When we order large Pizza which normally cost 10-15$ usually or we get 2 M size pizza around $20 but when we ask about that why pizza cost more they said tourists place and FOH tries to hide the flyer which shows 1 large pizza only cost 11.99 FOH hides it and tells manager will fire him/her. Like what do I care? Everything is like a scam. If you cannot run honest business in Canada go back where you come from and cheat there. I don’t have manager photo but his Color is brown and have beard. May this message goes to the higher management and make this place good when I come next time.
