ordered take out pizza and chicken fingers tonight in lockport. there was a small miscommunication with our order when we came to pick it up. Scott was amazing and made it right. not only did he offer to make it right but wanted to make sure I was happy with what was offered. "I want to make sure you leave happy" we love papa Leo's food and amazing customer service. keep up the great work!
Overall this is a great place to get pizza, wings, subs, or a great salad. I have never been disappointed with the food that I have ordered. The service is usually pretty quick. It is a small place so it is best to get your food to go.
i absolutely love the food quality as well as the service. I eat here (take out) 4-6 days a week and have yet to be let down... on a scale of 1 to 10 I give Popa Leo's an 11.......
