Reason for low score stars is because our drinks were juice, the food was ok, paid 10 extra for truffle fries and got plain fries instead of taking the order back our waiter brought the cheese in a cup to us. We spent over 170 for 2 meals and 2 drinks one appetizer which the steak bites were rubbery if they were we thought we got the caprese flatbread. I personally wouldn't go back just my own opinion.

The restaurant was extremely loud. The atmosphere didn't match the price points for the food. The ambience was lacking. Overall our experience was very disappointing.

We ordered a dinner for the family. It was terrible. One of the worst things anyone in a commercial establishment has ever traded me for my money. I wish I had eaten the money. The waitress was cool and I feel bad she works there. The view was nice but you can't eat the view. Try harder if you want good food.

The service with the waiter was phenomenal. The foo on the other hand was 4/10. Everything was cold , the steak, the salmon and the lobster all cold an did not taste good. I think that for a $250+ dinner, it was not acceptable. I will not go back.

Used open table and made a reservation with no problem. Showed up abs was seated right away. The service was great and so was the food

Service was very poor. The server was nice enough but we waited a long time for anyone to approach the table after being seated. Our drinks took a good 30 minutes to arrive. food was very good though.

Terrible experience. We waited so long for anyone to even come greet us let alone take our orders. Food was not good and over priced. The workers seemed like they just wanted to leave. Very disappointing.

Ok food. Not great for the price. Friendly, semi attentive waiter. Responsive, friendly host & bartender. Excellent cocktails. I've seen and heard rave reviews but I wasn't blown away, even a little, like I thought I'd be. I'd still recommend it & probably return. It just wasn't the level I was led to believe it was.

I do recommend this Restaurant. The food was really good and came out the kitchen hot. The server was very tentative. You will not be disappointed at this Restaurant!

We ate outside in a lovely lake view setting. Matrede was very friendly & helpful Halibut was delicious but somewhat over cooked Prime ribs was somewhat chewy Ambiance was delightful

Lovely spot after a trip to the falls. Good food and nice ambiance away from the tourist zone.

Nice place to eat with a slight view of the river on the back patio. The food was great and a good atmosphere sitting outside but the server was a little unattentive but we didn't stay too long.

My husband made reservations here for my birthday dinner, when we arrived the young lady at the host said that we cannot be seated even though we had a reservation, she made no effort to try to seat us even though it was two of us and we explained it was my birthday dinner, she bluntly said to come back in 45 minutes, reason being they don’t have enough servers and they close at 10 pm. Then appeared a server called VEE who overheard our conversation and quickly told us to come on in to be seated for dinner. He is so polite and friendly, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. I acknowledge him because of his kind ways and definitely would say he is a valuable asset to the restaurant. Kindness goes a long way and it’s always nice to meet people like Vee who are genuinely happy to help. As for the dinner menu, I would say for a restaurant in a hotel you would expect more options.

We were waiting for 30 minutes while somebody paid attention to our table. My son has birthday today and we were totally ignored by waitresses. People who came after us were given menu and bottle of water. One of the waitresses who served them looked at us with wide eyes and gave 1 glass of water for 4 people! 😂 and again total ignoring, I came to the manager and asked what’s going on and we again waited for extra 10 minutes. That’s disgusting service when people just ignore you and you don’t exist for them at all. Just shame on all waitresses who work 4th of July :( you ruined my son’s birthday dinner

The host who sat us was rude. Took another party who was begging to change their reservations for an earlier seating to be able to see the fire works starting at 9:40. We were on time for our reservation and waiting patiently. The host took the other party before us and sat them in a much better location than where we sat. We sat next to the water station. I asked the host if we could sit in another location because it was a special occasion for us and I didn't want to be next to the service station. He told us he had nothing else available. “This is it” he said. I watched him seat two other parties in better locations. No ‘reserved' sign on the table. Food was really good and our server was super nice.
