Parkway Prime Steakhouse & Lounge

We were staying in Niagara Falls for business and was looking for a good place for dinner. We went to the Casino and thought it was just okay and overpriced. We came back to the hotel and had a great meal and great service. Would recommend.

Food was cold wasn't like my first visit. It's wasn't enjoyable this trip but it's ok .not the top of the list next visit

By far one of the best dinner's I've had in a very long time. The steak was cooked to perfection and had so much flavor! Worth the trip from California!

I love having a business lunch at the parkway....It is a quiet atmosphere.... the view of the upper river is calming and the food is great. In fact, we were the only ones in the resturaunt that day... Service fab. and attentive. Thank you! Sarah

The food was ok. Our table was never given silverware we had to take it from another table. The lobster in my dish was definitely not fresh and was overcooked. My husband's protein was overcooked as well.

the service was great. Fast and very attentive. The food was phenomenal, top tier!
only downside if i had to say was the atmosphere. a little too open concept you feel like your in the lobby sitting at a table.
that'd be it. but very minor. food is worth it.

Everything was cooked to perfection ??. Our waiter was excellent. He was friendly and held conversation with us! The live music on that night was...uummmm...so yeah, the atmosphere was great. My family of 6 really enjoyed ourselves.

Tina was an outstanding server. Me and my best friend were looking for a steak house and came up with this one. We found the atmosphere relaxing and friendly. The food was outstanding and the price was well worth it. Would absolutely go back again!

Save your money. The service is poor. The server was completely inattentive. The food was unseasoned, extremely bland, and over cooked.

First of all, the meat quality was good, but the meat arrived cold, we told the waiter that it was cold and he took the meat away. We thought he would cook a new one, but 2 minutes later he brought the same meat. When I asked how he heated it, he said with our blowtorch ? If you look at the photo, you can see the first version, and in the video, you can see the traces of the blowtorch. As you know, they ruined the meat, it arrived burnt. They also burned the fried onions that came with it. Never can a restaurant be so poorly managed by the employees of a business. This could be a better restaurant with nice service. We explained the situation to the restaurant manager, the lady apologized and gave a 10 percent discount from the bill. Will I come again? Absolutely not

Since it is my friend's birthday, we came to this restaurant today especially for a quality @ meal and we asked for T-Bone. The meat arrived really cold. Afterwards, we asked the waiter to change the meat, but the friends inside heard it with a hormuz and burned the meat and sent it back. It was a very bad dinner. Also, the tables and chairs we sat at were covered in spiders. We were very disappointed when we considered staying at this hotel this evening.
